Major capitals such as New York and São Paulo are the starting point for the
Global Living Dell Anno project, designed by
Leo Shehtman at
CASACOR São Paulo 2024. The proposal is to immerse oneself in the
modern cosmopolitan lifestyle , characterized by functional solutions, practical and minimalist design and the dynamism and cultural diversity of urban life.
Inspired by classic New York
penthouses , the project uses
luxurious yet comfortable elements , such as dimmable lighting, stone, natural wood and works of art. “The most cosmopolitan capitals in the world, such as New York and São Paulo, are cities that exude a modern lifestyle, that
'24 hours a day, 7 days a week ' way of life. And all of this ends up being reflected in the architectural language they present”, explains Leo Shehtman. According to him, the main objective was to
create functional spaces designed in a modern way , in which each choice plays an important role in connecting technology, practicality and design.
In the kitchen, the
central island and the
large axis of cabinets were designed as the main features of the space. The first, made entirely of natural veneer, contributes to the functional aspect of the project by providing organizers and accessories that can be assembled according to the cooking style. In the cabinets, the satin
lacquered doors create a
visual unity that hides the storage areas and the wet area. When closed, they provide a minimalist look; when opened, they reveal the entire functional character of the space.
