Las Ventanas is a balcony with coastal features perfect for relaxing

Designed by Quadriarq, the project is inspired by the Uruguayan coast and brings the country's traditional architecture to CASACOR RS 2022

Quadriarq - Las Ventanas. The space carries the concept of typical Uruguayan coastal architecture and interprets a terrace for socializing, creating a connection between people and the outside. This small piece of a Buenos Aires beach house values practicality, purity, the simplicity of natural materials and the essentiality of solutions.

A space dedicated to socializing, rest and connection between people and the outdoors was Quadriarq 's proposal for CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul 2022. The studio was inspired by the typical architecture of the Uruguayan coast to create a light composition, which brings back tones of beach sand and various elements that place nature as the protagonist.

The idea was to create a balcony that is part of a Buenos Aires beach house. The project rescues the origins of local architecture and presents it all in a practical, clean and simple way . Natural materials stand out – both in fabrics and in wooden coverings.

The space was also designed to accommodate residents in a way that allows them to interact around the table, as a true social space should be.
