Among the spaces at CASACOR Bolivia 2024 , one of them stands out for conveying the freshness and warm tones of a peaceful summer . The space " À Sombra da Mango " (originally, A la Sombra del Mango ) was designed by Bolivian architect Jose Diego Torrico with the aim of being a true oasis of relaxation and encounters. Torrico transforms the 35 m² into a perfect space to rest under the gentle breeze of a warm afternoon, watching the rustling of the leaves of the mango tree that embraces the space.

Located at the highest point of the property, the terrace offers panoramic views of the four cardinal points , making the most of the ventilation and natural light. The space's signs of time are evident in the organic openings and asymmetrical planters , which allow the vegetation to invade the space in a charming way, almost like a painting. This proposal challenges the traditional coldness of glazed balconies, creating an atmosphere full of life and personality .

Neutral tones , such as toasted gray, dominate the color palette, harmoniously balancing shades of blue and terracotta , which are reflected in the flooring and furniture. This combination perfectly complements the green of the plants, while the teak wood and natural fabrics bring a cozy and nostalgic feeling , contrasting with the contemporary furniture. The space is divided into three distinct nooks: the first houses a cozy hammock woven by artisans from Santa Ana de Velasco; the second is composed of the Swing Bed Day, by Brazilian designer Roberta Banqueri, situated on a wooden deck; and the third is a living room ideal for socializing and enjoying the beautiful views of the surroundings.
