The fast and almost waste-free construction is just one of the attractions of
Gourmet dos Sentidos Deca . This residence designed by architect
Sérgio Viana for
CASACOR Minas Gerais 2021 was designed, literally, like Lego pieces: using four modules from a container, both the construction, such as finishing and carpentry were explored as
pieces that fit together , reducing waste. Right at the entrance, the suspended deck
invites you to relax outdoors , stimulating your senses under the warmth of nature. The name of the space even comes from this:
the proposal to stimulate the five senses through textures, visual projections, smells, sounds and taste. In the outdoor area, an elegant
water mirror completes the concept, and also opens up the possibility of an
open-air living area .
Wood is the main protagonist of the composition : appearing in both the porcelain floor and the slatted ceiling, it is what defines the environments and brings fluidity to the composition. It is worth highlighting the
different patterns of the parquet , which add dynamism to the décor. In the kitchen, the island is the focal point, the stage for preparing culinary recipes. The shelf that houses it brings a surprise:
17 sinks have been transformed into niches that resemble a large cobogó . Sophisticated and elegant, the environment synthesizes the union between technology and nature.
