CASACOR Espírito Santo: discover the 7 gastronomic spaces of the exhibition!

At CASACOR Espírito Santo 2024, visitors can enjoy environments that harmonize architecture, design and gastronomy

In the 28th edition of CASACOR Espírito Santo , 7 environments offer unique gastronomic experiences that combine flavor, design , architecture and coexistence. Each of these spaces was carefully designed to provide unforgettable moments for visitors to the Espírito Santo exhibition.

THE Bistro Placas do Brasil, designed by architect Larissa Villaschi, it features a special menu from Buena Vista Cervejaria that celebrates Brazilianness, harmonizing perfectly with the decor with carpentry that resembles the texture of pirarucu skin.

The typical fish of the Amazon region is in the fish stew, with wild pirarucu loin in palm oil and coconut milk sauce, served with rice pirão and crispy farofa. For vegans, there are veg charutinhos, with red cabbage, rice mix, vegetables and Brazil nuts. As for starters, shrimp fondue in pumpkin is a good choice.

Buena Vista also brings its special snacks to Cervejaria , signed by Christian Vieira. Among the starters, sago crackling with dried meat, very crispy, ideal for snacking with the craft beers of master brewer Marcão, or Marcos Thadeu Oliveira, such as Pilsen, American Blonde Ale, Witbier, Red Ale and American IPA. Witbier, a traditional and refreshing Belgian recipe made with wheat, orange peel and coriander seeds, also includes pink pepper in Marcão's recipe.

THE Secret Bar, Also designed by Christian Vieira and operated by Buena Vista, this is an exclusive space with a stunning sea view and sophisticated decor, with a cocktail service. It is the perfect place to enjoy creative drinks by bartender Lucas Sena, which celebrate previous editions of CASACOR Espírito Santo, such as the Saldanha with gin, strawberry puree, lemon, watermelon juice and passion fruit foam, or the Ítalo, which contains whiskey, passion fruit, ginger, lemon and orange liqueur.

THE Cafeteria , an innovative vegan space, was designed by Jacque Barros, Ana Forattini and Luiza Schwaun to be a welcoming meeting point, with timeless and functional materials, such as wood and porcelain. For the first time, the CASACOR ES cafeteria is operated by a vegan company: Agavegan and offers options such as vegetable hot sandwiches and lemon, pistachio and chocolate pies, standing out for its inclusive and tasty proposal. To toast, coffee from the Caparaó region, grown at an altitude of over 1000 meters.

In the Wine cellar The focus of the architect Daniela Avancini is on high-quality wines, in an elegant and welcoming environment, which provides a selection that complements all the dishes on display. The Vila Porto sommelier is available to guide visitors in their choices and the architect herself has welcomed guests to exclusive events in the environment, preparing artisanal pasta with succulent sauces, family recipes full of memories and affection.

The CASACOR Arena is also present at the Espírito Santo show. Designed by Angela Gomes and Amanda Lobos, the space is the stage for a variety of events, from lectures to parties.

Finally, the Gourmet Refuge ES Gás , by Cris Locatelli, equipped with a barbecue and natural gas pizza oven, in addition to the oven and stove, adapts to different occasions and gatherings around good food. A partner of CASACOR, chef Ariane Oliveira, from CCVV, has been offering exclusive menus for events, ensuring a complete gastronomic experience. Among the delicious options are Mediterranean salad, yakissoba, moqueca risotto with sautéed shrimp, feijoada dumplings and pepper jelly, pupunha and mango ceviche and apricot and walnut melba.
