The 53 m² studio created by architects Josemar Costa Junior and André Azevedo for CASACOR São Paulo 2023 proves that it is possible to live very well in small spaces, with practicality, comfort and sophistication. The carpentry takes center stage in the project, delimiting the integrated living, dining and kitchen areas, the bedroom with home office and the bathroom – spaces designed for those who love visual arts and design. Thanks to the curation of furniture, objects, colors, textures and works of art, the proposal encompasses audiences of various ages .
