Marina Pimentel Landscape Architecture - Space Pousar. Between planting and blooming, there is an invisible time: the time of silent care. Inspired by this fertile pause, the projects designed by Marina Pimentel propose a sensory and symbolic breath amidst nature. With 500m², the projects value native species and natural elements. More than contemplative, the space carries a social gesture, distributing seeds with the names of children from AME Pequeninos. Words engraved on stones and instrumental music cradle the experience of pause as a way of inhabiting. (Edgard Cesar)
The CASACOR Brasília 2025 reveals projects that translate the collective desire for warmth and connection. More than aesthetically beautiful scenarios, the projects presented in this edition explore different forms of encounter – from intimate and welcoming rooms to external areas open to the collective. Each project proposes a reflection on how to inhabit the present time with lightness, creativity, and affection.

The result is a multiple narrative, in which architecture and art walk together to create immersive and emotional experiences. Next, be inspired by the main projects of the exhibition!
Living Rooms: Dialogues between Affection and Nature
The living room projects of CASACOR Brasília reinforce the idea that coexistence is also about rescuing affectionate bonds. In the Green House, by Deborah Pinheiro, green guides the gaze towards the integration between interior and exterior. The rammed earth walls valorize handmade practices and ancestral knowledge, while the furniture made of natural materials brings a sense of Brazilian identity and authenticity. Meanwhile, the Aava House, by Traama Arquitetura, is inspired by Lake Paranoá: soft light, water mirror, and neutral tones create a serene refuge where time seems to slow down.

The Loft Z, by George and Júlia Zardo, combines art and architecture in a multifunctional space, from home theater to spa. The furniture designed by Brazilian designers and the paintings by the architect herself compose a sophisticated atmosphere. In Between Times, Hélio Albuquerque evokes memories of his childhood in Brasília, with walls made of ironwood and works by local artists, creating a space of coziness and memory. Delicacy also appears in the Living Remain, by Giovanna Leal Architects, where organic curves, natural materials, and scenic lighting reflect spirituality.

In The Trace and Time, by Karla Amaral, the sucupira wood from the architect's childhood dialogues with contemporary stainless steel, balancing memory and sophistication. The narrative is completed in Roots By Breton, by Márcia Montenegro, which bets on natural textures and authorial art to create a sensory refuge, and in Roots of Now, by Larissa Dias Arquitetura, with organic stone, wooden muxarabi, and a curved wine cellar that translate modernity and Brazilian identity.

Dining Rooms: Meetings that Celebrate Memory
The spaces designated for communal meals reinforce the vocation of the projects as places of celebration and affection. In the Gallery, by Studio Ark, the inspiration comes from the dream of building Brasília. Elements such as the reddish brick floor, exposed concrete, and stainless steel translate the identity of the capital. Meanwhile, in Stories of a Dinner, by Studio Vírgula, memory takes center stage: historical porcelain and Brazilian furniture compose a narrative that connects tradition, art, and design.

Kitchens and Gourmet Areas: Affection and Functionality
The kitchen, a traditional space for gatherings, gains new interpretations at CASACOR Brasília 2025. The Gourmet Balcony Deca, signed by Studio WT and Ney Lima Architects, rescues memories from living in Goiânia. The project combines functionality and affection, with green stone countertops, amorphous tables, and exclusive lighting. Meanwhile, in Living Dreams by Leroy, by Juliana Santana, the concept is urban: industrial references, metalized countertops, and a curation of new artists convey the youthful spirit of a contemporary apartment.

External Areas: Coexistence on a Collective Scale
The outdoor coexistence spaces expand the notion of encounter beyond walls, creating scenarios for contemplation and celebration. In the Space Pause, by Marina Pimentel Landscaping, pausing is the central element. Among native species, words engraved on stones, and instrumental music, visitors find a time for breathing and symbolic connection. Meanwhile, the Infinite Embrace, by Edgard Miguel, plays the role of event plaza for the exhibition, with a minimalist project that values affection, security, and collective well-being. Concrete, metal, and rope structure the space, while authorial furniture and urban art complete the experience.
