Deca space unites past and future at CASACOR Minas Gerais

'Balnear Deca' combines the historical wealth of Minas Gerais with the modernity and innovation embodied in the architecture and in the launches and reference lines of Deca , in the 29th edition of CASACOR Minas Gerais . Master sponsor of the show for over 30 years, Deca is present in 32 other environments , in addition to its proprietary space. The project, designed by Studio 126 Arquitetura , by Evandro Melato and Pabricio Amaral , celebrates a successful history with Deca. “The partnership with the brand has been fundamental in our trajectory. We have been awarded the Deca Award twice , which not only recognizes our work, but opens doors, horizons and paths to new opportunities. Deca has been an essential ally in our search for innovation and excellence in architecture and interior design”, highlights Evandro. The bathroom features contemporary design as a historical manifestation of the gold mines. In this way, Deca ceramics, metals, bathtubs and accessories create connections, becoming central points of the space, which gains other finishes in tones, textures and weaves that transcend time frames. To refer to the context of excavation and mining, and to create a perfect combination with Deca products, the office brought in Portinari's Audaz BK Natural product, in sizes 100 x 100 cm and 20 x 20 cm. The Hana Hollow Element, a collaboration between Portinari and Alex Hanazaki, fulfills the role of allowing light to enter the space, just like in a mine. “The Deca space brings, through the eyes of professionals , the importance of design as an element of transforming spaces for better experiences . By mixing historical references with attributes present in Deca brand products, we see versatility and design incorporated into interior architecture, as legacies that can be seen and experienced in the present and revisited by future generations,” highlights Fabiana Melo , Branding, Communication and CRM manager at Dexco.

Under the light of beams that pass through strategic openings in the space, a dramatic and functional play of lighting and shadow guides the eye to what is precious. “ Deca products are arranged like jewels that translate the design of the future in an environment that brings a reinterpretation of the shared baths of ancient civilizations”, says Evandro. A raised structure highlights the Single Extreme Electronic White Integrated Basin with Tank, a new product that enhances well-being experiences in the bathroom. Designed to combine technology and design in a humanized way, it is inspired by the fluidity of architecture in solutions developed with a focus on the user . Opposite, Square Ceiling Showers in Matte Black, Deca's exclusive color technology - D.Coat -, which are also part of the 2024 launch portfolio, make up the bathroom with Deca You Square and Round Activations in the same finish, installed on the totem. The areas are surrounded by a reflecting pool surrounded by vegetation. The Deca You Black Matte Hangers hold the bathing suits. “To build our space at CASACOR this year in Minas Gerais, we chose the Deca You line, which gives personality to each item in the collection . In addition to the diversity offered in the products, it offers us the opportunity to create, personalize and guide the client on the ideal combination for each project in an exclusive way . The Deca You Round Floor-Mounted Single Lever Bathtub in Black Matte offers the option of room temperature or heated water. Also new, the space features the Deca You Heated Towel Rail in Black Matte Floor, which increases comfort and promotes well-being in different spaces, since it can be transported to different rooms. The large and small Deca Senses Stools in Matte White ensure functionality and safety, since they can be used as a seat or a side table . Made of resin, they are non-slip, a fundamental attribute for use in wet areas. The self-care countertop explores the versatility of the Slim Sink lines in Matte Ebony and Deca You metals in the Matte Black finish. The Rectangular Support version features a Washbasin Spout and Round Mixer Taps, while the Square Sink integrates the proposal with a Square Spout and Mixer Taps. In the space's garden, the Deca You Floor Shower with Diverter and Hand Shower for Outdoor Area highlights an extremely practical structure for body care.
