The iconic Conjunto Nacional is a modernist treasure located in the heart of São Paulo, amidst Paulista Avenue. For the past two years, the space has been the stage for CASACOR , and this year, veteran architects Moacir Schmitt Jr. and Salvio Moraes Jr. decided to pay homage to the setting. The architects focus on an unconventional basis: “our environment follows the original circular format of the space in Conjunto Nacional. This configuration inspired the entire project”, they explain.
The space, called "The first loft", the project has 117 m² – where the living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are integrated, offering well-being and functionality .

The modernist atmosphere reverberates with plenty of natural light thanks to an imposing glass partition that embraces all the project's spaces.
