1- The LG Connected Home, by Suite Arquitetos
A compact and functional home, hosted in Ceará. The space contains a small kitchen, bathroom, closet and even space for a washing machine. The
custom-made furniture ensures versatility, such as the counter, which slides to reveal the sink and refrigerator or opens up as a table.
The sofa bed stands out, as it literally unfolds into whatever is needed. 3- Roots House, by Barbara Nobre
In this mini-loft in Minas Gerais,
Barbara Nobre reconnects with her own history and culture.
All the pieces used in the composition are of national design. In the suite, comfort is the key word. Framed by the autumnal tones of the walls and fabrics, the room becomes even more cozy.
4- Heart of the House, by Leticia Finamore
Translating the new needs of the home ,
Leticia Finamore designs an integrated space that brings the texture of wood and natural stone into the composition. Green personalizes the space in Espírito Santo, alongside striking pieces that add lightness, in a minimalist style.
5- Smart Home Hub - Fontana, by Daniela Viana and Lilian Maravai
The
Hub Smart Home – Fontana is committed to the concept of new living. It is proof that a well-planned space can provide all the comfort needed for a good life. Elements with an industrial touch, such as iron in the
compact kitchen , contrast with the natural stone and the warmth of wood.
6- Windows of Good Living, by GAM Architects
Functional and adaptable,
Janelas do Bem Viver is a 25m² studio located in Salvador. The small apartment explored solutions to integrate the space, which has a bedroom, living room, kitchen and even a small balcony in the external area, separated by a glass enclosure.
7- What More?, by João Armentano
“This container reflects the moment we are living in,” reflects João Armentano. In São Paulo, the mini loft
proved that it is possible to live well in an uncomplicated way . The project with a bedroom, dining room and living room was all integrated through permeable dividers, such as the open bookcase — which delimits the areas, without completely closing them off.
