Owner of a unique style,
Debora Aguiar designed the
Dolce Villa Todeschini by Debora Aguiar environment with Todeschini, created to celebrate the brand's 80th anniversary at
CASACOR São Paulo , which takes place from May 28th to August 4th at the Jockey Club. The architect designed a contemporary and clean 480 m² house, which represents her style with sophistication and elegance, in order to create a refuge surrounded by nature, full of memories and details.
As a central axis, the hall divides the house in half. On one side is the private area, with the master suite; and on the other, the social area facing the garden, with a living room and gourmet space. "The project combines the desire to maintain privacy and, at the same time, coexistence in all areas", says the architect. The L-shaped living room features a five-meter sofa in the center, which embraces the entire space. It also has leather and suede armchairs, three granite coffee tables, and a beautiful rug inspired by the drawings of Gio Ponti.
At the other end, the highlight is the light fixture with a cascading effect, which shares focus with the panels that appear three-dimensional and other works of art.
In the bedroom, the cozy curved velvet panel with mirrors embraces the bed, in a shape that modulates the entire room. Marble bedside tables, silk and leather armchairs, as well as a low piece of furniture that goes from the bedroom to the end of the private area, complete the décor.
The bathroom features rough stone walls with overhead planters, columns and vertical gardens. In the center of the room, a mirrored panel shelters a TV, which is built into the back. A light wood panel sculpts the bottom of the bathtub, which, placed on a stone platform, is flanked by vertical gardens and symmetrically arranged showers.
