In its fourth consecutive participation in CASACOR São Paulo, Peugeot invited the carioca architect
Gisele Taranto to design a project that proposes a dialogue between architecture, design, urban mobility, and sustainability. Named
Possible Futures, the space houses Peugeot's 100% electric model, the E-2008, in a structure entirely built from recycled plastic, raising a reflection on the conscious use of natural resources and the environmental urgency of our time. "We built this project with Peugeot using 600 kg of recycled plastic. This is an innovative material from Fuplastic, which brings that childhood play of building Lego and is, at the same time, super practical," Gisele states. Partnering with Peugeot in the execution of this project, the company Fuplastic developed this modular system made with recycled polypropylene blocks, installed like a fitting toy. The technique eliminates waste in construction and reduces carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere by up to 90%. These pieces, in addition to being 100% recyclable, exhibit high mechanical resistance and provide thermal and acoustic insulation — ideal for an outdoor project.

On the floor, Gisele also sought a sustainable coating. She chose the Matéria model from Castelatto, produced from waste from sanitary ware coming from Deca factories. "This is a project about new ways of sustainability, mobility, and ways of living. It discusses how to reuse everything we have already produced, which today has no intended end," reflects Alessandra Souza, CMO of Marketing Stellantis/Peugeot. The entire installation further reinforces Peugeot's bond with the worlds of architecture, design, and landscaping and explores symbolic elements of the brand's universe. On the facade, six vertical brises — three on each side of the entrance tunnel — reference the claws of a lion, in allusion to the brand's emblem. Made with translucent blocks and illuminated scenically, they evoke the "eyes" of the lion, as if observing visitors. The tunnel itself refers to the animal's snout, creating a three-dimensional architectural metaphor with strong visual appeal. Possible Futures also benefits from the integration with the lush nature of Parque da Água Branca — the home of CASACOR SP 2025. "The project is glued to this beautiful garden of the park. We took advantage of this connection between nature and architecture and brought all this vegetation into our space," comments Gisele.

It is also worth highlighting the color palette adopted in the project. Taking the blue of the Peugeot E-2008 as the protagonist, Gisele chose soft shades of sand and off-white for the rest of the space. The colors also resonate in the digital art conceived by Marcelo Prates in collaboration with the Peugeot Design team. In the access tunnel, the generative work, displayed on two LED panels, represents the dynamic movement of direction through vector fields that simulate the fluidity of geometric displacements. A three-dimensional installation created with Fuplastic blocks "freezes" a frame of the video, giving the art a sculptural character. Another highlight is the lighting design project, signed by renowned lighting designer Maneco Quinderé. The scenic lighting — which incorporates the LED panels — was developed from an intelligent system that adjusts to variations in natural light throughout the day, creating a comfortable and sensory ambiance that highlights the vehicle's design and proposes an immersive experience for visitors.
Drive to Create
In 2025, Peugeot launches the Drive to Create concept, an initiative that positions mobility as a platform for artistic expression. Focusing on creativity and innovation, the movement proposes a driving experience that goes beyond the conventional. In collaboration with stylist and designer Pedro Andrade, Peugeot reinforces its commitment to new forms of creation — promoting the integration of fashion, art, and automobiles in a unique and inspiring way. The initiative responds to the growing demand for immersive and integrated experiences, combining digital campaigns, events, and collaborations with artists and designers. All of this aligns with the brand's magnetic and avant-garde DNA, which continues to project bold paths into the future.
