A CASACOR Sergipe 2025 reúne o trabalho de 34 profissionais em ambientes que homenageiam as raízes locais e o artesanato sergipano (CASACOR/CASACOR)
With the backdrop of the iconic Palácio de Veraneio, CASACOR Sergipe 2025 brings together the work of 34 renowned professionals in architecture, interior design, and landscaping across 31 projects inspired by the theme "Sow Dreams." Check out all the projects below!

Built between 1939 and 1941, designed by German engineer Hermann von Altenesch, the Palácio de Veraneio was created as a refuge for governors and has become a guardian of memories that traverse generations. Decommissioned in 2018, the space is reborn by opening its doors to the public and to a new era. Between the rescue of history and a look towards the future, this year’s show celebrates learning from the past and constructing a creative present. In all the projects, the dialogue between tradition and contemporaneity reveals that the legacy of Veraneio remains alive, influencing new narratives and sowing dreams that strengthen tomorrow.

Tuned into the national proposal, which invites a poetic and sensitive reflection on the transformative power of ideas, the Sergipe cast managed to translate identity, affection, and purpose in their interior projects. In each project, handicrafts emerge as an expression of belonging and appreciation of local roots, in a language that connects tradition and contemporaneity, revealing the strength of culture in every detail.
“CASACOR is a showcase for creativity and Sergipe talent. Bringing together different generations around the theme ‘Sow Dreams,’ with an installation in a historical heritage, was a way to value both tradition and innovation in the universe of living,” says Mercês Souza, operational director of the show in Sergipe.

In addition to the opportunity to visit the projects signed by the professionals, the public, for the first time, has access to the Palácio de Veraneio. The building was granted by the State Government for the realization of the show, and, in return, some improvements were made with CASACOR Sergipe's own resources, such as the installation of internal bathrooms with accessibility (Between Light and Silence), the construction of the Praça Semear Sonhos, the revitalization of the main garden (Jardim Casa Mestiça), and the donation of the interior designs of the main house, which will remain in the palace after the event concludes.

The show also offers free experiences, open to the public, with cultural activities and actions aimed at well-being and sustainability. In gastronomy, visitors enjoy the Uçá Bistrô, the Sensi Deck Bar, and the Café Doce Acaso, as well as experiencing activities at the Casa do Artesanato — a project of the State Secretary of Labor, Employment and Entrepreneurship (SETEEM), which highlights the knowledge and practices of the Sergipe people.

This edition features the CASACOR Gallery, a project entirely dedicated to the arts. The space celebrates Sergipe's artistic production in its multiple languages and perspectives, opening the program with the exhibition ‘Fragments and Approaches: Poetics of the GAAS Collection’, from the Álvaro Santos Art Gallery. Throughout the show, the space will host new interventions in sequence, curated by Ces Arts Gallery, DESENVOLVE-SE, and Mário Britto Gallery. Admission is free.
