Barroso Melo and Augusta Ribeiro - Prainha Bar
01/11 -

Barroso Melo and Augusta Ribeiro - Prainha Bar. Like a stroll along the river, the project is an invitation to contemplate the landscape at dusk, breathing in the fresh air. The space is surrounded by wood, natural stones, and manufactured elements with simplicity and rusticity, while also receiving sophisticated finishes and punctuated by warm colors. Lighting resources with vibrant colors and an irreverent style were installed to highlight the space. The portico that welcomes visitors was designed to create a sensory experience for the mind and body.

Aline Dantas - Espaço da Dermato. A legacy from the 1990s, the classic modernist curves, reaffirmed by the drawing board of Jânia Reis and Clarisse de Almeida, bring the feminine strength that is expressed clearly, softly and dynamically in the architecture that hovers lightly over the tropical gardens of CASACOR Sergipe 2022. Whether due to the strong influences of Niemeyer's sensual curves or the technological and international curves of Zaha Haddid, what we have in this project is a contemporary symbiosis, which contrasts and harmonizes with the historic Castelinho building. The space, which pays homage to dermatologist Thâmara Morita, was inspired by the search for dermatological treatments with advanced procedures, bringing the best to patients.

Wesley Lemos - Living Outside Rio Sergipe
03/11 -

Wesley Lemos - Living Outside Rio Sergipe. The 100 m² living room promotes interaction between interpersonal relationships and nature. It is a space created for good conversations, to welcome architects, visitors, brands and products. A place for parties, meetings and gatherings by CASACOR Sergipe. Using colorful elements from the outside area, a contrast with the industrial style of the Castelinho and the location of the Sergipe River, the space rescues the freedom of “being free”. The premise was to create a room “outside the house”, highlighting the chimney of the industry, which is located at the back of the Castelinho. Materials such as metal tiles were used on the panels, burnt cement on the floor, and the wear on the wall caused by time was preserved. The use of mirrors reflects the landscaping designed by Lainy Lemos, providing well-being and sophistication to the space.

Cristiana Cardoso - Sand House SPA DECA
04/11 -

Cristiana Cardoso - Casa de Areia SPA DECA. Like a dune that changes all the time, adapting to the world around it, the space is a reminder that life is fickle and follows a natural flow. It is an invitation to change, to the unexpected and to the certainty that everything has its right time to happen. It has 85 m² distributed in an entrance lounge, an open contemplation area and a complete suite - bedroom, bathroom and outdoor area/spa - all integrated with nature. A different spa, which leaves aside conventional inspirations to connect with the Brazilian coast through everything that is close to the beach. Natural materials were widely used, such as reforested eucalyptus, Jerusalem stone flooring, straw in the ceilings, reclaimed wood for the countertop and a neutral base for the metal collection.

Marcos Brito - Athlete's Loft. The project brings a concept of integration and flexibility. The space, measuring approximately 45 m², was designed with a young and masculine style. Natural materials fill the space, reinforcing the coziness and elegance. Organic shapes with a fluid layout, consisting of an indoor and outdoor area, reflect the idea of the home as an increasingly important place in life. The palette of earthy tones and the wood-tone ceiling embrace the entire space. The environment is inviting for relaxation and the organic furniture enhances the design. The few lighting elements create a safe and cozy atmosphere, combined with abundant natural lighting, designed through the frames and openings.

Nilson Felix - Cocoon enclosure
06/11 -

Nilson Felix - Recinto do Casulo. The reuse of materials and the use of natural and sustainable products are very present in the projects of this edition of CASACOR Sergipe. And with transformation in mind, the architect created an environment with the proposal of showing that every transformation can result in beauty. Here, materials such as fiber, twigs and silk were used - all represent a certain phase, starting with the shape of the chrysalis sofa, curtains and columns that resemble the weaving of the building. The quartz countertops refer to nature and the organic ceiling resembles wings.

Sape Concept - 79 HOST. The architect duo Marcelo Mabel and Vanessa Guimarães brought to CASACOR Sergipe an environment to be rented for the season, inspired by travels around the world, more specifically in accommodation, when it is impossible to have privacy. The proposal of '79.Host' is to allow, even during a short stay, that the visitor enjoys an environment with comfort, sophistication and lives a unique experience.

Tahinara Sanferry - Being of the Birds. Despite being external, this environment was designed to be a living/home, with the same comfort and warmth as an internal area. It is an invitation to relax, a place to listen to music, drink wine and enjoy. The living room was also designed to be a gathering space for friends and family. The project materials were inspired by nature, to create as much resemblance as possible to the birds' natural habitat. Wood, plants and natural stones were used, bringing comfort. The project is a tribute to the architect's daughter and was the artist's way of bringing even more love to the environment.

Wal Bastos - Galhardia Lavatory. The project is characterized by creativity and comfort, bringing sophistication and elegance. The space was created with accessibility and adequate infrastructure to ensure safe use. The environment was inspired by the natural beauty of the underground rivers of Riviera Maya, in Cancún. The combination of elements of classical architecture with organic architecture incorporated striking trends, bringing subtlety and refinement, representing the features present in nature in a modern and innovative way.

Gustavo Leão Architect - Guard House. The lounge and reception area references the castle's entrance, a strong and resistant building, and that is where the idea for the exhibition's internal ticket office came from. The space, measuring over 320 m², has places for contemplation, meeting points, waiting areas for applications, a reception area, a ticket office for internal access control and valet parking. Since the idea is for the space to have a function that goes beyond that of a passageway, the project features the lounge, a terrace that is a kind of preamble to the other areas.

Marina Santana, Ingryd Sanders, Mayara Barcelos - Riviera Azul, a place to relax
11/11 -

Marina Santana, Ingryd Sanders, Mayara Barcelos - Riviera Azul, a place to relax. The trio from MAÍMA Arquitetura e Design designed the space, which was inspired by the nature surrounding Castelinho, a 20th-century building where this edition of CASACOR Sergipe will be held. The space is an environment that connects with the sky and the sea. The colors of the fabrics used in the space also refer to these elements and bring a feeling of relaxation. Nature appears in the chosen vegetation and in the natural wood furniture. The environment is unpretentious, serene and inviting, where people can come and disconnect from their daily obligations, enjoying the colors and sensations of nature.

https://poll.fm/11258147 The year 2022 marked the debut of CASACOR Sergipe : a new square, where only one edition of Janelas CASACOR had taken place, last year. Based in Castelinho, a 20th century mansion located in the Industrial neighborhood, in Aracaju, the exhibition presented 32 environments that were guided by the theme "Private Infinity". And one thing stood out in common in some of the spaces: the fact that they were concentrated in the area outside the building, more specifically in the gardens of the exhibition . There were 11 spaces that presented different proposals for living outside as well. Check out the gallery above and vote for your favorite!
