The first details of the projects at
CASACOR Santa Catarina | Florianópolis 2025 have been revealed! The exhibit, which opens on Sunday, September 28, and remains open until November 9, will be held for the first time on the mainland, in Capoeiras, occupying the
former graphic park of NSC. Therefore, the event promises to be filled with memories, challenges, and inspiring sensations. There will be
29 projects designed by
57 professionals who transformed every detail into an experience. On the eve of the opening of the largest architecture, design, and landscaping exhibition in the Americas in Florianópolis,
check out a first look at the projects of this edition: Octaedro Arquitetura
The
Octaedro Arquitetura returns to CASACOR SC with a sustainable house at the entrance of the exhibit. In detail, lights and textures, furniture of organic shapes, and a dynamic wood mosaic, where shadows and contrasts intertwine, create a welcoming scene that breathes sophistication.
Jeane Silva
Jeane Silva returns to the exhibit for the third time. This year, she signs two authorial projects that propose a sensitive, masculine, and yet contemplative reading about contemporary living.
Sabrina Barros
Sabrina Barros, in her second participation in the exhibit, addresses an emotional and entrepreneurial connection. The horse is the star of this project with a feminine touch.
Lívia Cravo e Shaiana Alves
The Association of Artisans of Palhoça, from the metropolitan region of Florianópolis,
returns to CASACOR SC this year. In the detail of the project, the blue door invites exploration of a space where tradition and art unite.
Dez Arq.Design
The
Dez Arq. Design presents a small taste of the official coffee of the exhibit. This will be a meeting point that promises to remain in the memory of visitors. Inspired by the theme "Sow Dreams," it combines collectivity, biophilia, and hospitality, revealing colors like terracotta that bring nature inside the exhibit.
Maria Eduarda Werlich and Danielli Ceriotti
Every detail tells a story. In the picture, the quartzite countertop brings prominence with striking veining and a sophisticated finish. In harmony with Deca products, which blend innovation and refined aesthetics, the stone creates a base that values the design.
Nicole Oliveira
Nicole Oliveira shows a bit of the Loft that she considers a harvest of presences. "Every dream begins protected like a seed kept in time. Just like wine, here the maturation is part of beauty and reveals our true essence."
Beatriz Tambosi
The conceptual store of Mels Brushes was designed by architect Beatriz Tambosi. In detail, fragments of what promises to be a striking sensory experience, uniting enveloping aromas, natural textures, vegetation, and a scenic atmosphere of hospitality and connection.
Rico Mendonça
The sport of tennis will be highlighted in the space of
Rico Mendonça. Among the featured artists, the renowned muralist from Paraná, Lenzi Junior, created a mural honoring tennis and Florianópolis. A welcoming, sensory, and authentic atmosphere, where art is the protagonist and connects the space to the feelings of those who experience it.
Boulevard Arquitetura
This project depicts a contemporary art gallery where the vibrant red of the artworks stands out against the wood-paneled wall, creating a striking contrast.
Tainá Pravato e Flávia Koloske
The living area of architects Tainá Pravato and Flávia Koloske proposes a reflection on the duality between the essential and the superfluous, the lasting and the ephemeral. The passage of time is the essence of this project, materialized in natural elements that carry memory, authenticity, and permanence.
Modular Studio
This house has an atmosphere of comfort and hospitality. The bed in the island organizes the space, while the desk in the background reinforces the multifunctionality of the project. Natural materials, soft lighting, and organic furniture translate the essence of contemporary living: cozy, sophisticated, and connected to well-being.
Laus Design + Rafa Roncelli
The offices
Laus Design + Arq. Rafa Roncelli have a project that celebrates the strength of natural elements, creating an atmosphere that combines sophistication, comfort, and details designed to welcome and enchant every visitor.
Sabrina Ferreira
Imagine yourself sitting, coffee in hand, contemplating the view without rush. In Sabrina Ferreira's space, every detail inspires dreaming, slowing down, flipping through books, watering plants, feeling textures, and appreciating stories.
Gabriel Bordin
Memory as part of creation.
Gabriel Bordin and his team transformed a project that features on the walls the pages of some newspapers printed right there for more than 30 years. Literally, that same space housed the printers of the newspapers.
Andressa Venturini
For architect
Andressa Venturini, simplicity is the last rung of sophistication. The presence of the galego lemon in her living room is not mere coincidence or ordinary aesthetics. A symbol of the professional's roots in southern Brazil, the species reinforces the true richness of the stories caught in the memories constructed, in the touch, in the taste, and aroma of the past.
Chart Arquitetura
The architecture takes a close look at the solid mineral surface, exploring its multiple forms and textures. Every detail is designed to make the design dialogue with the project, uniting technology and innovation.
Loft Habitar Modular
In the detail of the curved panel, the concept of this space reveals itself delicately. The vertical lines that follow the softness of the curve create rhythm, movement, and hospitality. They allow the energy flow of the site. An architectural gesture that goes beyond aesthetics, inviting one to feel the space with presence.
Couna Arquitetura
The Couna Arquitetura office invites you to discover new ways of inhabiting the space with lightness, coziness, and integration with nature.
Adriana Alves and Carolina Soder
Between roots and flows, this garden cultivates dreams and reestablishes bonds. Nature and the city as partners and art in an affective proposal.
Luma de Araújo
A sensory refuge that unites nature, innovation, and affection. In this space, the organic curves, the strength of natural stone, and the warmth of wood communicate a unique experience. More than just a project, an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
About the headquarters
The
Graphic Park that hosts CASACOR SC | Florianópolis 2025 is a historic address in the media of Santa Catarina, where for more than three decades the NSC newspapers, such as Diário Catarinense and Hora de SC, were printed. With the evolution of communication in digital, the newspapers were integrated into the NSC Total portal, expanding their reach in a more connected world, with real-time publications.
