CASACOR SC | Balneário Camboriú 2026 officially opens its doors to the public on June 7 and runs until July 19. Responsible for 30 projects, the professionals of this edition have begun to release some spoilers of the spaces, revealing details of colors, materials, objects and concepts that visitors will be able to see. Among the participants is the duo Edenilson Bertoldi and Marcelo Gouveia, from Brusque, who arrive at their third participation in the show and present a detail of the lamp that composes the Memórias do Tempo living room.
From Itajaí, the award-winning Jeferson Branco participates for the fourth time in CASACOR SC and previews a glimpse of the Avell Desvio Rubro project. Meanwhile, Blend Café appears in a preview signed by Rafaela Garcia, Franciele Weide and Juliana Marodin. While Juliana returns to the show after her participation in 2018, Rafaela and Franciele make their debut in the lineup.

Among the newcomers is also the firm Zermiani & Schäfer Arquitetura, from Balneário Camboriú, responsible for the Wine Bar. Integrated into the concept of Pericó Residence, the project promises to attract visitors' attention through its connection with the universe of wine.
Ketlin Bueno, from Jaraguá do Sul, participates for the third time in CASACOR SC and reveals a bit of her Living Pulsar. Another debut comes from La Vanité Studio Design, from Balneário Camboriú, which signs the Loft Borogodó.

The colors already begin to stand out at the Safra & Brasa Restaurant, a project by Ciranda Arquitetura. The Blumenau-based firm, formed by Líllian Souza, Priscila Weber and Isadora Rautenberg, makes its first participation in the show.
After being awarded at CASACOR SC | Itapema 2025, the architects Maicom Jacobus and Maicon Buzzi present the first elements of L(ar), a sensory project that aims to transform the concept of living into an experience. Also a newcomer, the professional Manu Pagliosa, from Balneário Camboriú, shows a detail of the Living Bar Um Futuro com Memórias.

Meanwhile, Mariana Maïsonnave, from Florianópolis, arrives at her sixth participation in CASACOR SC and reveals a snippet of Casa Âmago.
White predominates in the preview of the Contemporary Art Gallery, signed by newcomers Camilla Barcelos and Matheus Vieira Rodrigues, from Balneário Camboriú. From the same city, the firm Cleber Telles Arquitetura presents details of the Hall and Box Office Entre Vinhas e Silêncio.

Ricardo Bolsi also shares a glimpse of the Estar Nexo project. In her fourth participation in the show, accumulating five projects signed throughout her career, Samira Mussi, from Itapema, previews the Espaço Gourmet Presença Viva.
Closing the series of spoilers, the trio formed by Ana Paula Inácio, Gabriela Zandonai and Sergio Barcelos Junior, from Rio do Sul, reveals the pendants that compose the commercial space Sinestesia: as Formas do Aroma.
Local sponsor of CASACOR SC in Balneário Camboriú, Pioneira Empreendimentos hosts the 2026 edition at Pericó Residence, a development recognized as the first wine-themed residential project in Brazil. The project combines architecture, concept and experience in a proposal inspired by the wine universe.
The reference appears in different elements of the building, from the facade, which alludes to bottles and glasses, to exclusive areas such as the wine bar, fire space, gourmet halls and an iconic red-toned pool.
Holding the show at the development will allow the public to experience this contemporary proposal for living in an immersive way. Leading Pioneira Empreendimentos are Claudio Souza and Miro Teixeira, who for more than 35 years have been developing projects focused on identity, sophistication, innovation and quality of life.

Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, from 1pm to 9pm. Sundays and holidays, from 1pm to 7pm. (Box office hours. The show closes one hour after the box office closes.) On Mondays, the house remains closed.
