Lofts are types of housing that are often associated with the industrial style, but they have long been more versatile than that. Originating in New York in the 1970s, lofts are still relevant today because they are practical, integrated and cool – the epitome of contemporary living. In the last few weeks of CASACOR Santa Catarina | Balneário Camboriú , lofts have been stealing all the attention and are predominant among the 27 spaces in the show: in total, eight lofts are part of the circuit with completely different proposals, ranging from minimalism to an explosion of colors, from classic to technological. Check out the spaces in the gallery below and vote for your favorite!
Ágata Cipriani - Cipriani Studio Architecture - Singular Loft
01/08 -

Ágata Cipriani - Cipriani Studio Arquitetura - Singular Loft. Singular Loft reflects on the relationship between the home and the human body as a place of residence. It establishes the skin as a surface fabric that connects us with the outside world, capable of generating internal and external sensations. Thus, the concept was applied to the space through organic shapes that allude to the human body, the skin, as well as the colors, images, materials used, aromas and sounds that awaken and stimulate the senses and instincts.

Blanc Architecture and Decoration - Sunset Loft Bar
02/08 -

Blanc Arquitetura e Decoração - Sunset Loft Bar. Colors, prints, contrasts, textures, natural elements and shapes come together to bring out intense sensations and even a certain discomfort at some point for those who enter the loft. The tones of the sunset instill joy, bring personality and invite an inviting break for cocktails in the late afternoon and throughout the night. This moment is reinforced by the large bar and a large island. All of this integrated into a living area, kitchen and bedroom.

Nando Arquitetura Office - Black Arts Loft
03/08 -

Nando Arquitetura Office - Loft Black Arts. The Loft Black Arts environment is a reinterpretation of the firm's striking identity, which focuses on elements that are characteristic of its portfolio, such as mirrors on the ceiling, LED profiles, the mix of black with gray and concrete. The purple tone is also chosen as the highlight of the environment and reinforces the use of the striking color as a touch of identity thought for each project. The style is predominantly contemporary, but always reveals something innovative, mixed with art, in this case, an artistic painting directly on the wall.

Laccy Silva - Loft CigarBlues
04/08 -

Laccy Silva - Loft CigarBlues. This is the home of a mature man, full of stories to tell, who loves culture, knowledge, smoking a “habano” and listening to the blues. It is also a tribute to aesthetics, beauty and the result of five decades dedicated to the craft of “interior design”. The balanced use of materials, coverings and elements with a strong cultural appeal - such as a huge Persian rug - combined with a rich collection of memorabilia bring the concept of applied art to the space.

Manuela Dal Pizzol and Marice Gandin - Memories that belong
05/08 -

Manuela Dal Pizzol and Marice Gandin - Memories that belong. It is a refuge, a pause amidst the chaos of the modern world. It is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with oneself and with the nature that surrounds us. It is a place where we can dive into the depths of our own essence, remember precious moments and discover new layers of meaning in everyday life.

Moacir Schmitt Jr and Salvio Moraes Jr - Cabin 16 by DECA
06/08 -

Moacir Schmitt Jr and Salvio Moraes Jr - Cabana 16 by DECA. CASACOR Santa Catarina project | Balneário Camboriú. It is a spacious environment designed to enjoy and relax in the comfort of your home. A way to demonstrate to the public that the home can be, in addition to being a refuge, our comfort, comfort, comfort and breath. Straight lines are broken by an extensive circular shape that imposes rhythm on the plant's configuration. The curve that intercedes in the composition makes the whole more fluid, lighter, more intriguing to the eye.

Natalia Xavier - _Modern House
07/08 -

Natália Xavier - _Modernes Haus. The architect follows the maxim of thought of valuing the essence and function of materials and furniture to serve life, as a proposal for living with a contemporary flavor. The premises of modernism are followed to the letter by the professional who shows her tireless boldness in choosing finishes, colors and textures to create her own version.

Studio Zaliah Memorable Architecture - Lia Herrmann and Ana Paula De Castro Tomazelli - Memories Studio
08/08 -

Studio Zaliah Memorable Architecture - Lia Herrmann and Ana Paula De Castro Tomazelli - Memories Studio. The studio displays organic lines that represent the lines of the body, through lightness, fluidity and freedom, recalling the waves of the sea. The fluidity is in the subtle way the environment connects with our soul, making an invitation: come home, recall your memories and relax in the comfort of living. All the details are connected to the sea, its transparency, its soft colors, the curves and the connection with the home.
