Marcelo Salum - Chez Odara. CASACOR Santa Catarina 2022 Project.(Lio Simas/)
/28 - Alpes Arquitetura - MOVAE Space. The building and the two century-old jackfruit trees were the inspiration for this comforting and welcoming corner that embraces and shares its stories. It is an area for contemplation, relaxation, welcoming and integration of the living being with the surroundings, in a humanized and inclusive way, creating a setting for the creation of new memories. (Lio Simas)
/28 - Fernanda Sacks - Praça da Ilha. The atmosphere of the room is reinforced by its curves and materials, between dark and earthy tones, associated with natural elements. The organic features seen from above refer to conceptual symbolism, expressing the fluid continuity of the limit that can never be reached: infinity, materialized on the island. The effect of steel exposed to the sea highlights the heart of the Silveira de Souza School: its foundation plaque, from 1913. (Lio Simas)
/28 - Fernando Luiz Dal Bosco - Refúgio Undici REVEEV. The professional mixes trends, colors and design in his sixth participation in the show. The invitation awakened in the designer a connection with his interior and made him seek inspiration in his own trajectory to compose the new project. Inspired by Europe, the suite with living room includes office and library and was named Refúgio Undici, from the Italian word for refuge eleven. (Lio Simas)
/28 - GF Arquitetos – Beto Gebara and Marila Filátiga and Terraço Paisagismo – Rodrigo Gheller - “I’m from here, I’m not from Mars”. In line with the theme of Particular Infinity, the architects present an environment focused on the appreciation of the Brazilian home and tropical vegetation. The space brings references to national architecture in its details and, in this way, seeks to create an identification with the interior and exterior, in addition to awakening good memories as visitors identify each reference. (Lio Simas)
/28 - Giusti Mercadante Arquitetura - Lumino Gallery and Functional Bathrooms. The project aims to pause the daily hustle and bustle and create a moment of peace and introspection, provided mainly by the element of light. In the bathrooms, we have one side with the weight and sophistication of stone, and another light and soft with an artificial skylight and a vertical garden. The hallway has an art gallery and a living room that complete the experience. The spaces mark the opening of the Giusti Mercadante Arquitetura office, by architects Thais Giusti and Bel Mercadante. (Lio Simas)
/28 - Juliana Loffi Arquitetura & Design - Casa vou de Rosa. In this edition, architect Juliana Loffi, who has battled cancer twice, had the idea of seeking inspiration from her own story. Hence the materialization of a conceptual architecture full of meaning. The project took shape from the construction of a modular house, adapted to the contemporary way of living, enabling nomadic architecture. “Our role is to be aware of what human beings need to be happy. Here we show a possibility of eclectic, accessible and individual architecture”, highlights the professional who is launching the nomadic house model and an original line of furniture. (Lio Simas)
/28 - Leandro Sumar - Seperti Mimpi. In this edition, architect Leandro Sumar presents a space that reflects on putting everything that is essential first. Comfort, transparency, design, art and lifestyle for a good project. Living all of this gives new meaning to many perceptions. “I don’t live off surfing, but surfing makes me feel alive.” (Lio Simas)
/28 - Marcelo Salum - Chez Odara. The 49.32 m² space was designed to celebrate get-togethers with friends. The circular living room creates a setting with special combinations of textures, coverings, monochromatic fabrics, furniture and features photographs by Vania Toledo, to pay homage to the great names of MPB. The entire project was designed to enhance get-togethers, in addition to creating harmony between furniture, space and design. (Lio Simas)
/28 - Mariana De Souza - Ca.Fé. In her debut at CASACOR SC, the architect brought the representation of coffee in its various stages, such as planting, seed and grain. Upon arriving at the space, visitors will experience a rustic and rural location, with the simplicity of nature, present in elements such as wood, straw and clay. The biggest challenge was to connect the historic building with a space built especially for the exhibition. (Lio Simas)
/28 - Mariana Maisonnave Arquitetura e Interiores - Abraço. The professional advocates humanized architecture capable of transmuting and awakening a state of mind of tranquility and comfort. Her space generously envelops the body through the composition of textures, tones, sounds and aromas. The suite highlights the architect's characteristic lines and, at the same time, reveals the coherence of her narrative trajectory at CASACOR. “Breathe” was the theme in 2021, “Abraço” brings welcoming as a sensory force in the 2022 project. (Lio Simas)
/28 - Marisa Lebarbenchon Interiores - Hall + Balcony Burburinho. The project was conceived with the intention of creating a relaxed atmosphere on the balcony. The varied colors and nuances used in each setting spread a lot of energy throughout the space. Instagrammable spaces appear in the inspiring mix of works of art by local artists and in the phrase related to the particular theme Infinity. The floor and ceiling were kept to preserve the memory of the house, but were joined by innovative materials. The loose furniture also stands out with its organic shapes. (Lio Simas)
/28 - Ana Trevisan - Espaços Vivos - Jardim Bem-Te-Vi. The atmosphere of the front facade was inspired by the songs of birds that fly over the urban environment, especially bem-te-vi. The ecological recovery project removed exotic and invasive species and inserted native flora with species such as pitangueiras, jabuticabeiras, vedélias. The contemplative space features stones on the grass that invite you to sit and listen to the sounds of the city. The vegetation is made up of shades of green and red in sinuous lines and is accompanied by rustic handmade vases, feeders to attract visits from birds and water mirrors. (Lio Simas)
/28 - Michael Zanghelini - Living. In his fourth participation in CASACOR SC, the architect presents a living room to awaken energies, align vibrations and live spontaneously. The project highlights the firm's distinctive style, skilled in combining natural materials and rich textures such as stones, crystals and wood. The composition bathed in subtle lighting creates sensorial effects and establishes a cozy atmosphere. (Lio Simas)
/28 - Natalia Xavier - Loft Daydreams of a young lawyer. The architect presents a loft inspired by a young lawyer and his dreams and utopias. Bringing lightness to the space created, she demystifies the more serious look that the profession attracted in the past, when a lawyer had a very serious image and was seen as a constant authority. The obligations of everyday life become a backdrop for a refuge space for the professional, who likes to receive and enjoy friends, music, wine, art, sophistication and is very vain. (Lio Simas)
/28 - Octaedro Arquitetura - Emanueli Schneiders and Leonardo Gazzoni - Casa em Percurso. The project is the approximation of the individual to their places of belonging, encounter and welcome. In the important relationship between the internal/external, the environment proposes a poetic, sensitive and transformative path, in the sense of revealing the beauty in the course of things in their constant movement. The doors, therefore, open at the same time to what is memory, affection, root, as well as to what must be seen from a new perspective, more human, empathetic and faithful to its time and space. (Lio Simas)
/28 - Porto Maestri – Carol Porto and Isadora Maestri - Aromatmosfera. In its 4th participation in the exhibition, the office presents a commercial project for an aroma store. The space has exhibitors that are not obvious, bringing a very relaxed architecture in a footprint with rounded lines, referring to the reconnection with the simple, with nature, with different sensory experiences. The boho chic style is in the details such as lamps, straw and dried plants. Neutral and cozy tones include rosé, clay and earthy tones. (Lio Simas)
/28 - RCK Integradas - Empório Do Vinho Voar. In order to respect old memories and create new ones, wood was chosen as the link between times and the comfort necessary for a good wine house. The retro touch contrasts with the modern design of the furniture, questioning the observer as to the real age of the environment. Affective memories and inclusive architecture were premises of the place, with highlights being the tables carved in cumaru wood, the handmade marble mosaics and the canvases that give the space its name, produced in co-authorship with 47 children at social risk. (Lio Simas)
/28 - Studio Allure Arquitetura - A pause of a thousand beats. The contemplative and relaxing environment brings together, in an integrated manner, in 80 m², an external garden/balcony and a master suite with living room, bedroom, closet and bathroom. The use of sober colors was meticulously thought out to convey the welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere necessary for a haven of peace and rest. Upon arriving at the garden balcony - with its organic design filled with plants, fireplace, lake and fish - the visitor immediately feels drawn to explore the space, which suggests a necessary pause and reconnection with oneself and the world. (Lio Simas)
/28 - Studio Gabriel Bordin - Sala Allora. The project reflects on the cycles of life in constant transformation and movement. It also relates the ways of living between two continents, based on a fluid composition and flexible layout. The constant updating of what is essential, of what makes sense, from time to time, is the freedom that the professional proposes spatially. If living is being in mutation, the environment could not be different, fixed in a single order. Architecture is a manifestation of time in space, reinvigorated by those who inhabit it. (Lio Simas)
/28 - Tiago Bortolança- Enjoy The Ride Bar. "How many stories are exchanged at a bar table?". Making his debut at the show, the professional believes it is time to catch up on stories and encounters, and also "at night", especially after the period of isolation. The multisensory space brings the latest trends in bar and nightclub projects. A place to have fun, meet, live good times and catch up on pending conversations. (Lio Simas)
/28 - VK Arquitetos - Passeio Do Mar by GND. Passeio do Mar is an invitation to take a deep breath and feel the lightness that the environment provides. Surrounded by wood, light shades, natural textures, sophisticated finishes and warm color accents, the space embraces those who pass through it. Designed with VISIA's innovative modular construction technology, integration is the proposal of this generous social area that represents unit 208 of the future launch of GND Incorporadora, which focuses on sustainability and the well-being of residents. (Lio Simas)
/28 - Anna Maya - My unique infinity. In the 60 m² space, circular shapes punctuate different solutions. They are on the walls, on the ceiling, in the loose and custom-made furniture, in the decorative elements, in the carpet and even in the details, such as the works of art. The professional exposes the essence of her affective marketing, of her unique infinity, by showing a unique personal vision of interior architecture. (Lio Simas)
/28 - Cris Passing and Anderson Schüssler - Living dos Encontros. CASACOR veterans, Cris has 15 editions; Anderson, 13. The duo will debut a new office in 2022. Focused on natural and timeless materials, the project preserved the wooden floor and ceiling, which enhance the Winterwood Quartzite and the mix of natural textures. The verticality of the environment was explored with the floor/ceiling panels. Selected design for furniture, organic shapes, neutral, saturated tones with a touch of earthy, custom art and light and shadow effects convey a sense of comfort and sophistication. (Lio Simas)
/28 - Cristina Iglesias - Between Plots and History. East and West come together in their plots, history and concept. Creating a tapestry with colors, shapes and designs that exude contemporaneity. (Lio Simas)
/28 - Daniel Ghizi and Carolina Zettermann de Almeida - Daniel Ghizi Arquitetura Office - Casa 15. Celebrating the firm's 15th anniversary and official arrival in Florianópolis, the space synthesizes and explores characteristics of the company's residential portfolio. Nestled between two large trees, the monobloc, with a metal and glass structure, is related to the building listed as a historical heritage site. Between the buildings, a reflecting pool reflects and enhances both works. The interior, contemporary in its essence, breaks the external rigidity with the use of organic forms and a composition of textures and natural materials. (Lio Simas)
/28 - Delpizzo Arquitetura - Paradiso Deca Bathroom. The search for disconnection in such a fast-paced and dynamic world that allows us to dive into our inner selves is the basis for creating this space. The choice of colors, textures and materials is connected to the concept of providing relaxation and creating the ideal atmosphere that allows us to submerge ourselves in our own infinity. The generous area and high ceilings, reminiscent of the panorama of large mansions, help in this task. (Lio Simas)
/28 - Estela Cislaghi Arquitetura e Design - Living CO-Existir. The living bar serves as a way to honor the resumption of reunions at home. The idea is to propose a space with different functions, but which are connected today. Therefore, the 45 m² space combines solutions and environments that, during the day, allow moments of decompression and, at night, encourage fun. Highlight is the living room with lots of natural light, completely facing the garden, enhancing direct contact with the green landscape. (Lio Simas)
/28 - Felipe Müller Arquitetura and Crippa e Assis Arquitetura - Petra Bistrô by ArcelorMittal. With the premise of few good elements, the architects value simplicity and the natural. The emotional welcome space is designed to embrace, bring comfort through the senses, and also touch the soul of those who visit. Neutral colors and raw natural elements, such as stone, iron, concrete, marble and wood share the scene with lighter and more sophisticated furniture. (Lio Simas)
