The 38th edition of CASACOR São Paulo, the main exhibition of architecture, landscaping and interior design in the Americas, will occupy the Water Park for the first time, from May 27 to August 3. With the theme Sowing Dreams, the event invites visitors to immerse themselves in over 73 projects designed by renowned professionals, occupying a built area of more than 10,000 m² in the heart of an urban park with preserved Atlantic Forest vegetation.

"This edition marks a new moment for CASACOR as a business and platform. Water Park gives us the opportunity to unite content, experience, and environmental responsibility in the same territory," highlights André Secchin, CEO of CASACOR.

As visitors approach the entrance of the exhibition, they are welcomed by the installation Open the Curtains, by architect Victoria Braga, a tribute to the history of the place, which uses a scaffolding structure covered with fabrics that define the perimeter of the exhibition without obstructing the view of the iconic mansions. "Being in Water Park, with all its memory and connection to the city, makes this edition even more special," affirms Lívia Pedreira, chair of the curatorial board.

The route begins with sensory gardens designed by newcomer Simone Campos and Helena Elias, followed by the Silent Grove, by veteran Mauro Contesini, who valued the existing pines without intervention. Next, the installation Nest, by Marko Brajovic, symbolizes the connection between humans and nature. The center of the Nest will be used for the idealization of the Project Expedition Point, which presents itself as an arena for lectures and educational conversations. The program features names such as Jorge Forager, Nik Sabey, Clarice Borian, Alessandra Araujo, Thais Raiz, Amanda Ramos, Luís da Mata and Marko Brajovic himself, the creator of the project.

The ticket office, signed by Gleuse Ferreira Arquitetura, and the first unisex bathroom, designed by Luciana Moreno, are highlights. In the outdoor gardens, the projects of Gilberto Elkis in partnership with his daughter Caroline Elkis shine, along with works by Mônica Costa, Pedro Rabelais, Paula Varga, Estúdio Musgo and Kawai Landscaping.

Among the architectural highlights is the first tiny house of the exhibition, created by carioca João Panaggio. In Building 23, the main entrance, veteran Roberto Riscala signs the welcoming landscaping, while the Peugeot lounge, designed by Gisele Taranto, combines sophistication and technology.

The red staircase inspired by MASP, designed by Pedro Coimbra, leads to the work of Juliana dos Santos, which gives access to the Coral space, by Mauricio Arruda, who proposes an affectionate house, while Studio Roca (Carlos and Caio Carvalho) signs the Brastemp environment. Completing the first building are the projects of Beatriz Quinelato, Carlos Navero and Melissa Camargo, Paola Ribeiro, Fichberg Arquitetura (Felipe and Eloy Fichberg), Frezza & Figueiredo (Fabrício Frezza and Gabriel Figueiredo) and Gabriel Fernandes.

The pathway to the second building is framed by the landscaping of Catê Poli and João Jadão. In Building 22, the environments of veteran Brunete Fraccaroli and Meneghisso & Pasquotto, OHMA (Nicholas Oher and Paloma Bresolin), Janaina Casagrande, Marcos Serrano Miralles, MAAI Arquitetura (Monica Pinto, Arnaldo Pinho and Isabel Veiga), Marília Aguiar Junqueira, Rodolfo Consoli, Bezerra Panobianco, Tetriz Arquitetura, Tufi Mousse and Daniel de Castro Cunha stand out. The environment entitled Between Dreams, signed by architect Lui Costa, is integrated with several lounges and accommodates a reserved space for events. Finally, the second tiny house of the exhibition is Casa Viva, by Henrique Freneda, with landscaping by Luciano Zanardo.

It also has local support from Portinari and media partnership with the magazine Veja.

"CASACOR is an ephemeral architecture event. Everything that has been built will be dismantled with utmost care, respect, and responsibility for the Park's heritage. Our commitment is to bring inspiration to its visitors, as well as promote improvements to the properties used," explains Darlan Firmato, Director of Operations.
