The CASACOR Santa Catarina | Itapema 2025 opens its doors on June 29 in five floors of the skyscraper called Residencial Villa Maiorca, a building of the local sponsor, Construtora Gandin, and runs until August 10. The exhibition will be open from 1 PM to 9 PM from Tuesday to Saturday and from 1 PM to 7 PM on Sundays and holidays. Check all the projects!

Samira Mussi Architecture - Hall and Ticket Office Light of Dreams. Every dream needs a portal. A place of passage. This 70 m² space invites us to slow down and pave the way for what is lightest, fluid, and sensory. Each element tells a silent and sensitive story. Floating fabrics on the ceiling, vibrant colors, and the mix of natural materials make this space an invitation to connect with the playful, with what is light and almost unreal. Light of Dreams is a delicate portal, where the invisible is felt and the dream finds space to sprout.

Matheus Xavier - Territory of Encounters I Gourmet Space. In this projects, every detail is designed to celebrate encounters. Inspired by the theme Sowing Dreams, it arises from the desire to transform meals into rituals of connection. Natural materials such as wood and stone, combined with the principles of biophilia, reinforce the harmony between architecture and nature. Highlighting the shades of brown, a perfect base for the olive green that appears in the coverings, in the paint, and in the vegetation, reinforcing the proposal to integrate nature and architecture in a harmonious way.

Maicom Jacobus and Maicon Buzzi - Loft Negroni. The Loft Negroni is a 64 m² refuge designed for the broker who has already made it. Cosmopolitan and demanding, he no longer seeks to prove anything — only to live well. Inspired by European elegance and the precise gesture of a well-served Negroni - the classic Italian drink, the project translates presence and authenticity. There is wood, natural stone, glass, and a palette of dark brown and beige. The project convinces with its essence. It is a space for those who recognize the value of the rare — and transform the ordinary into a ritual.

Inspired by the silent strength of the roots — which support, nourish, and connect —, the project is a contemporary refuge where design intertwines with nature. Bianca Rieg Architecture - Estar de Encantos DECA. Estar de Encantos DECA is a 95 m² living space, a sensory refuge where delicacy meets form. In the projects, pink and light blue tones envelop the gaze gently, while organic curves lead to a serene rhythm. The wallpaper on the ceiling invites the visitor to look up, as if observing the sky in a cotton field. The sconces cast a soft and poetic light, highlighting art objects chosen with affection. Inspired by Itapema, the 62 m² Lounge celebrates the local essence with the theme "Sowing Dreams," exalting the culture, artisanal talent, and traditions that make the city unique. In full expansion, Itapema stands out as one of the most desired and valued destinations in Santa Catarina. The project has a light, beachy, and sophisticated atmosphere. The original ceiling and floor were preserved, incorporating elements on the walls that add comfort and elegance to the projects, reflecting the identity and soul of the city.

Efraim Pacheco Architecture and Landscaping - Duefratelli Experience. The outdoor area with a Wine Bar, operated by Le Vin, was conceived for Duefratelli. An experience that invites a deep connection with nature. The 272 m² project combines elements such as the green carpet, the earthy texture of the walls, the rustic stone at the pool, and wood as a symbol of welcome. The composition features loose line furniture that brings innovation and sophistication, along with the striking presence of natural elements. Inspired by Arabic courtyards, where the family gathers to spend time together, the space Encontros is presented, where the goal is to provide moments of leisure and tranquility. A corridor is richly adorned with complex geometric patterns, exquisite furniture, tiles, and cornices. The professional designed the functional projects: women's bathroom, men's bathroom, accessible bathroom, Zen Room, and circulation. Giulia Bogo and Marice Gandin - Lounge Gandin Dream and Build. With 64 m², the space translates the essence of Construtora Gandin, a family brand that builds stories with purpose and affection. In beige and blue, it is an invitation to reflect on time and its paths. The company's journey takes form in details that unite the past, present, and future. The interactive lamp, inspired by the iconic Zettel’z by Ingo Maurer, invites the audience to participate with notes that make the space even more alive. Fernando Luiz Dal Bosco - Terrace Golf. A contemporary space of 100 m², with a living area, wine cellar, and outdoor garden. Perfect for hosting friends, with a theme centered around the practice of golf. Integration of the external area with nature, everything that a house in golf demands. It has a wintry atmosphere, with predominantly earthy tones, which makes it more intimate with this palette in the furniture, the walls, and the textures. A suitable place to enjoy wines and beverages in the wine cellar, and with golf-themed decoration, featuring bags, clubs, and more.

Ryberg Architecture - Bistrô CASACOR I Café + Restaurant. A refuge within the exhibition, where time and space mold themselves to the pleasure of meeting. An invitation to slow down. The layout flows naturally in 148.80 m², with organic forms and wide circulation, creating an atmosphere of residential gourmet projects. On one side, the café, the starting point for good conversations; on the other, the wines, in a cozy lounge with high stools. Comfortable furniture, works of art, natural finishes, fabrics with cozy textures. The palette is light, with neutral tones. The operation is managed by Garbo DiKa events.

Ketlin Bueno - Living Alquimia do Contraste. In Alquimia do Contraste, black and white do not oppose each other, but complement each other. Inspired by the theme Planting Dreams, this living space of 75.84 m² is a manifesto about the beauty of opposing forces coming together. Coco Chanel, who united structural rigor with discreet opulence, is the conceptual beacon of the project. There are classic boiseries, marble, mirrors, and gold metal in the details. STUDIO KAZA Architecture - Loft Kaá. From a place of affection and connection, the Loft Kaá is born. Designed by the architect couple, the name of the projects brings the atmosphere of nature into a space of 67 m². The project proposes a dive into biomimicry, bringing strong ties with exotic natural stones. The star of the projects, the Patagonia Scarlet, is a stone composed of pink crystals. Other elements like the wood and the leather of the pirarucu fish applied to the side table of the sofa bring sensory meaning to the space.
