The CASACOR Santa Catarina | Itapema 2025 opens its doors on June 29 in five floors of the skyscraper called Residencial Villa Maiorca, a building of the local sponsor, Construtora Gandin, and runs until August 10. The exhibition will be open from 1 PM to 9 PM from Tuesday to Saturday and from 1 PM to 7 PM on Sundays and holidays. Check all the projects!

Itapema, on the north coast of Santa Catarina, is one of the most visited sun and sea destinations in the state, receiving over 1.5 million tourists per year and registering one of the highest real estate valuations in Brazil, alongside Balneário Camboriú. This edition will feature 32 professionals from 13 different municipalities interpreting the national theme of the brand for 2025, Semear Sonhos. The 46-story building is located 100 meters from the beach in the Meia Praia neighborhood.
