Raíssa Oliveira and Carol Aires - Recanto de Contemplação. In their first participation, the professionals from Studio Racca created an environment with a welcoming atmosphere: the balcony overlooks the green areas of the house, becoming a refuge by providing a feeling of well-being and tranquility with the use of materials such as wood and rough stone, in addition to the use of organic shapes and contact with nature. (CASACOR/)
/21 - Cecília Sales, Flávia Furtado and Luciano Almeida - Casa Cubo. The project brings the concept of nature, exploring natural materials such as stone, vegetation and wood. The goal is to be cozy and minimalist, but also to use technological resources without losing humanization. The concrete texture allows the design and natural elements to stand out. The open-air balcony completes the space, fully integrating it with the garden. (Felipe Costa)
/21 - Suly Barreto - Chi. A Feng Shui specialist, this professional brings harmony to CASACOR RN, directing Chi (vital energy) to flow in balance with natural elements. The living room is inspired by the Japandi style, which is oriental in style, where every detail has a meaning and a connection with nature. The ambient sound of a relaxing waterfall creates a space for meditation and relaxation. (Felipe Costa)
/21 - Mariana Gurgel and Vanessa Mendonça - Grandchildren's Room. DBK Projetos infantis is a firm that operates throughout Brazil and focuses on architecture for children. In their first participation in CASACOR, the architects designed a stimulating and welcoming environment, designed for four children of different ages to live together. Here, everything is possible: play, relax, read, sleep, explore, interact and create affective, colorful, happy and empathetic memories. (Felipe Costa)
/21 - Gladys Fernandes - Home Office. The office was designed so that the user could enjoy comfort, ergonomics, technology and everything that involves a work environment within the residential space. Here, the resident can produce, relax, receive friends and clients, without having to leave home. It combines technological and innovative materials, but without forgetting the comfort of biophilia, natural materials and the well-being of the user. (Felipe Costa)
/21 - Cypriana Pinheiro and Anchella Lopes - Refúgio da Serra. The loft brings the idea of what the “Original House” is and, with that, brings the warmth of the countryside and the practicality of integrating the environments. The idea of designing the space came after the experience of developing projects in the mountains. (Felipe Costa)
/21 - Priscilla Mendes and Nathália Torquato - Casa Pedra. The architects joined their offices in a partnership to bring to life the loft that invites visitors to well-being. With approximately 94 m², the space brings a sense of welcome through the choice of natural materials, such as wood, stone and the strong presence of greenery, with a large vertical garden that frames the space. Its contemporary base combines curved lines, elements with organic shapes and a rich mix of textures. (Felipe Costa)
/21 - Renata Santa Rosa - Living. This is the office's fourth participation in CASACOR Rio Grande do Norte and this project represents a new way of seeing a living room. The “living room” is present and connected with the built space and the people present there. It is an environment that generates conviviality, integrates its uses, values affective memory and uses biophilia as an ally in decoration. This concept highlights the use of elements that bring nature closer to people, values living things, the use of organic textures, natural lighting and promotes a state of well-being. (Felipe Costa)
/21 - Raíssa Oliveira and Carol Aires - Recanto de Contemplação. (CASACOR)
/21 - Lorena Azevedo - Public Bathroom. A participant in CASACOR Rio Grande do Norte since the first edition, the professional brings an industrial style to the project and is inspired by the current moment of new experiences: as the concern with hygiene requires care, technology takes center stage here and avoids physical contact with bathroom accessories. (Felipe Costa)
/21 - Leopoldo Rosado Maia - São Braz Cafeteria. Integrated into the house's landscaping, the cafe seeks to enhance beauty, aesthetic and technical rigor, under an open, welcoming concept that values the “handmade”. The greenery around it complements the project. (Felipe Costa)
/21 - Daniele Karenine and Patrícia Macêdo - Chão de Chananas. The garden, inspired by the traditional productive backyards of the Northeastern backlands, values family gatherings, integrates vegetable gardens and fruit trees and prioritizes the use of native plants, which are more resistant to the region's climate and have low water consumption. The project values the ornamental potential of spontaneous plants, highlights the flower that is the symbol of the city of Natal (Flor Chanana) and brings the concept of conservationist landscaping. (Felipe Costa)
/21 - Duda Machado, Michelle Marie and Rodolpho Baracho - Espaço Jardim. Architect Duda Machado, landscaper Michelle Marie and the company Art Sol Paisagismo, represented by Rodolpho Baracho, joined forces to develop this space that has greenery as its main protagonist. Through the union between nature and architecture, and with the use of biophilic design, the professionals present elements capable of stimulating social interaction, creativity, productivity, and strengthening the individual's emotional balance and well-being. (Felipe Costa)
/21 - Bernardo Morais and Roberto Rocha - RLZ Gastrobar. The space stands out for its composition of modules with reference to the house, in its purest abstraction of form. The balance between wood and concrete, together with the well-designed landscaping, emits a feeling of comfort and well-being, making everyone feel at home, even in a commercial environment. To maintain social distancing, the bar is open and well ventilated. (Felipe Costa)
/21 - Gabriel Moura and Vitória Conrado - Lounge Sui Generis. The project is based on essentialism in forms, colors and materials. The idea is to create a fluid and light space, with an intimate atmosphere, highlighted by striking contrasts and textures, in addition to nature that enters and takes center stage. The 80 m² area is divided into a lounge bar and a garden, with landscaping by Cíntia Senna, and combines simple materials with contemporary design. (Felipe Costa)
/21 - Lana Débora and Bia Campelo - Lounge das Dunas / Jardim do Mar. A space for contemplation and leisure with a predominance of elements such as wood, stone and vegetation. The outdoor furniture is original, exclusive to CASACOR RN, and has a design signed by Lana Débora and inspired by the beautiful beaches of the coast of Rio Grande do Norte. The space also features the use of regional elements, such as cobogó and brick, in addition to a typically tropical garden, bringing a unique identity and rescuing regionalism and cultural roots. (Felipe Costa)
/21 - Restaurant - Leo Romano. The space was occupied with the aim of minimizing the existing structure through a new architecture that makes use of the generous Tensoflex plan, wooden boxes and a central drywall element, which disguises existing structural elements, such as beams and pillars. The Brazilian style is marked by the use of natural elements such as wood, vertical gardens and furniture, to create an atmosphere of calm and comfort, with emphasis on the fellowship table, specially created for the environment. (Felipe Costa)
/21 - Renato Teles - Balcony. Embraced by the greenery of the residence's gardens, the area is an elegant invitation to visitors to feel encouraged, through comfort and coziness, to contemplate the space that covers 95 m². The space, with its straight lines, combined with contemporary furniture and the use of varied textures, houses a small art gallery that can be enjoyed amidst nature and contact with the outdoors. (Felipe Costa)
/21 - Samara Gosson - Entry Living. Inspired by the desires of the new times and the period of social distancing, the project is spacious, cozy and multifunctional. A space to gather the family, watch a movie, drink a good wine, cook, study and work. All together in a bright, light, comfortable environment with nature as a backdrop. (Felipe Costa)
/21 - Bárbara Negreiros and Denise Varela - DECA Kitchen Living. A kitchen that integrates, invites and brings together family memories. The intimate, masculine and historical environment features scenic landscaping and suspended shelves. In addition to the wealth of noble materials, combined with a touch of sophistication and, at the same time, lightness, strong characteristics in the projects of this professional duo. (Felipe Costa)
/21 - Claudiny Cavalcanti - Gray Scene. With an intimate proposal, the dining room with wine cellar brings a game of textures with a sophisticated line of furniture, which represents the perfect combination for a reception space. The inviting environment gains intimacy with a monochromatic color palette and charming details in furniture and accessories. (Felipe Costa)
/21 - Viviane Teles - Bathroom. The bathroom has a specific history within public and private areas throughout the course of human life. It has evolved from a hygienic, healthy and renovating perspective. It requires attention, whether in large or small dimensions and is an energy-consuming environment in several aspects, thus having natural resources that are compatible with well-being, while also maintaining environmental commitment.
