The Varones School of the Augusto Pérez Araníbar Puericultorio Climatic School first hosted CASACOR Peru in 2003. Before the exhibition arrived, the school was declared uninhabitable after a fire. CASACOR Peru took on the challenge of restoring the building, rich in architecture and history, to become the seventh venue for the event. And so it was that designers, architects and decorators, with a fresh and avant-garde look, introduced new materials into their proposals. At the end of the event, the United Nations rented the property to convert it into its new institutional headquarters in the city of Lima. Five years later, the 2024 edition returns to the address with a unique initiative: three of the school's five pavilions will be transformed into a traveling boutique hotel.
