CASACOR Goiás 2026 takes place from April 30 to June 21, in Goiânia, bringing together 60 professionals responsible for 43 projects, spread across an area of 3,300 m², in the Setor Marista district. Over 54 days, the public will be able to explore different interpretations of contemporary living, with architectural solutions, new design languages, and proposals aligned with current demands.
In its 29th edition, the exhibition consolidates itself as the main showcase of architecture, interior design, and landscaping in the Center-West and returns to the property that, in the previous year, had already demonstrated its potential for urban transformation. Reinvented, the space reinforces the event's vocation to anticipate trends, reframe areas, and propose new uses for the city. With the theme Mente e Coração, the 2026 edition invites reflection on the creation of projects that balance reason and emotion, technology and affection, innovation and memory. The proposal translates into projects that value well-being, mental health, and reconnection with the home — understood as a territory of belonging, identity, and expression. For almost three decades, CASACOR Goiás has helped redraw Goiânia's urban and emotional map. More than presenting sophisticated projects, the exhibition drives markets, enhances districts, and inaugurates new narratives for the city, especially in areas undergoing transformation.
Located in Setor Marista — a neighborhood that brings together tradition and contemporary effervescence —, the 2026 edition finds the ideal setting to develop a proposal that combines sensitivity and technical rigor. “CASACOR Goiás has the ability to reveal the potential of spaces and create real connections between people, market, and city. Returning to this property reinforces this continuous transformation, showing that architecture is also process, time, and experience,” emphasize franchisees Sheila Podestá and Eliane Martins.

In 2026, the CASACOR Goiás experience goes beyond the visual and incorporates gastronomy as an essential part of the journey. The gastronomic spaces take center stage and act as conceptual extensions of the projects, translating into flavors, aromas, and textures what the projects express in form and material.
Among the highlights is Restaurante Cora, making its debut at the exhibition. With the concept of a teaching restaurant, the space unites technical training and haute cuisine in a dynamic that integrates learning and practice. The proposal is strengthened by the so-called “architecture of taste,” which values Cerrado ingredients in contemporary creations that combine technique, memory, and territory.

Fábrica, in turn, bets on affection as a central element. With artisanal production and exclusive recipes, the space proposes a pause along the exhibition route, inviting visitors to slow down. Traditional puff pastries appear revamped, reinforcing the connection between flavor and emotional memory.
Zimbro Bar & CO, in turn, brings conviviality as its starting point. With signature mixology and a light, uncomplicated approach, the project transforms the act of drinking into a social experience. Without using a stove, the space invests in a creative kitchen where every detail contributes to the integration between operation and architectural concept.

At CASACOR Goiás 2026, architecture, design, landscaping, and gastronomy connect to create an immersive experience. The house, once again re-signified, ceases to be just a backdrop and takes center stage in a movement that turns spaces into experiences — and experiences into memory.
More than presenting trends, the exhibition reaffirms its essence by proposing new perspectives and building possible futures, where mind, heart, and the palate also walk together.
