Traditionally residential, the neighborhood has been undergoing an intense real estate reconfiguration: old houses are being replaced by modern high-end buildings. This process has shaped Marista as one of the most valued addresses in the city, where vertical residential spaces, gastronomic hubs, luxury commerce, decor shops, and entertainment centers coexist.

The space arises from the fusion of art and sensory experience, where contemplation and coexistence intertwine in 25 m². The works present belong to a private collection, personally selected by curator Wanessa Cruz, in partnership with Leopoldo Veiga. The SENAC Goiás will hold an art exhibition during the exhibition that presents expressions connected to the concept of integration between the urban and the natural. Additionally, over a week, it will promote a fashion exhibition, exploring trends that resonate with the proposal of innovation and sustainability. In partnership with SEBRAE, the CASACOR Goiás Craftsmanship Award will be held, which will reward the three professionals who best integrate works by local artists and artisans into their projects, reinforcing the valorization of Goiás cultural production and the connection with this year's theme. "Valuing our local market is essential. We want to encourage architects to pay closer attention to craftsmanship, bringing pieces that not only beautify but also tell stories and strengthen Goiás identity," emphasizes Eliane Martins.
Expectations

Last year, the exhibition presented considerable numbers. During more than 40 days, the event received around 30,000 visitors. The CASACOR Goiás 2024 featured 37 projects spread across the old Athletics academy building, with 56 professionals in the lineup and 90 participating brands. Additionally, 45 events were held at the exhibition. Sheila Podestá states that the expectation is to surpass last year's numbers. "Our goal is to ensure that the numbers are always rising. This year, the exhibition will take place in the Marista Sector, one of the most traditional and vibrant neighborhoods in the capital. I see that the collaboration of new people joining us, as well as those already contributing, further drives our growth and nurtures this expectation," she explains. The CASACOR Goiás 2025 has master sponsorship from DECA, Official Bank BRB, official paint CORAL, and local sponsor BRASTEMP and O.M. Incorporadora. Local support comes from SEBRAE and SENAC Goiás. Official security is the responsibility of TECNOSEG, CASTRO'S HOTEL is the official hotel, internet ULTRA TELECOM, health plan UNIMED, official car OMODA JAECOO TIGER, and official buffet HANNA BUFFET.
