Leo Romano - Garden of Memories. The space is an invitation to an immersive experience in the universe of sensations: the union of design and art characterizes the sensitive atmosphere for understanding the space as a stage of sensory possibilities. The professional proposes an exercise of the gaze, in which vision is the path to awareness. The set is delicate, poetic and sensitive. A cut capable of translating human fragility through forms. The project is also autobiographical in the sense that it bears witness to part of the author's preferences. The architect lends pieces from his personal collection to reinforce the house as a place of identity.(Edgard César/)
/36 - A+ Arquitetura - Restaurant. Architects Fabíola Naoum and Wilker Godoi present the Juá Restaurant, designed to transform moments into true experiences, both gastronomic and sensorial, harmonizing past and present, rescuing memories and making the present moment something unforgettable. Materials and elements that are formed over time and remain for generations were used, such as leather, concrete, mirrors, glass and fabrics. In addition, natural plants and appropriate lighting resources provide elegance and beauty both inside and outside the space. (Edgard César)
/36 - Expedito Bezerra and Lucas Panobianco - Ventú Oasis for Ventura Casa. The professionals at the Bezerra Panobianco office have designed a space for reconnection and self-acceptance, where time seems to have a different existence from that experienced in everyday life and the simple life becomes more beautiful for being imperfect and true. The space includes a living room with a dining area integrated with the gourmet kitchen, a master suite and bathroom, which provide the atmosphere and relaxation of a spa, and a studio for working from home, designed to be a space for decompression and, at the same time, focus, ideal for a home office. The duo also uses natural elements and textures and a neutral and light palette. (Edgar César)
/36 - Gui Mesquita and Pablo Cássio - Jardim do Encontro. Together for over 14 years, the landscapers present the duo's first space at CASACOR Goiás: the project extracts elements from nature, lighting, plants and terrain to transform them into art, inspiring visitors to appreciate a landscape that simulates nature. The ethereal path of pebbles refers to the winding and fluid bed of water in valleys and the elevations resemble the mountains that make up Brazilian forests. The seats with their own design are inspired by seeds from the cerrado and were named Tamarindo stones. (Edgard César)
/36 - Isabela Cardoso, Letícia Rosa and Pedro Nunes - Body and Temple. The project is composed of two aspects: the Wabi-Sabi style – which refers to the rustic and the search for acceptance of inconstancy, imperfection and incompleteness – and the idealization of an organic plant in the shape of a pregnant woman's womb, correlating the woman's body to the first home of a fetus. The contrast of textures is given by the element of rusticity. The organic shapes, vegetation, light tones and unique textures make the bathroom unique. And the Lounge Easy Chair reading chair was selected as the main element of the space. (Edgard César)
/36 - Kelícia Deógenes - Events Square. In this project, landscaping plays a fundamental role, creating a harmonious and inviting setting. Native trees and medium-sized plants promote the feeling of being in a forest, which brings warmth to the environment. The central highlight is a monumental plant: an olive tree. Sustainability is also present throughout the space: planters covered in ecologically correct cement, benches made from ceramic fiber - a totally sustainable product -, and a stage covered in vinyl flooring. (Edgard César)
/36 - La.viv Arquitetos - Café doesn't usually fail. Vivian São José and Marcos Laffyte create the environment where works of art stand out on all the walls and tables: photographs by Thiago Daher, Darle Pessoa and Marcos Laffyte and sketches created by Manoel Balbino. The rough texture applied to the walls and lining and the dry branches that make up the vases refer to the perception and acceptance of thorns and internal wounds. The circle of light, created with Neon Guiado, by Waldir Júnior - seen from all angles of the environment - is the point on the journey where the being rises: the conclusion of the path. (Edgard César)
/36 - Leandro de Paula Araújo - In the Shadow of the Flamboyants. Developed with the aim of providing a place to contemplate, be, meet, see friends or simply rest after the inspiring CASACOR route, the landscaper presents a project that recalls the charming Araguaia Avenue of the 1970s. The 3,500 sunpatiens treat the eye to around 42,000 flowers, from pink to crimson, which frame seven species of brazilwood. The natural, organic and sustainable wood furniture, by designer Gregory Kravchenko, leads to a reflection on caring for the environment. (Edgard César)
/36 - Leo Romano - Garden of Memories. The architect lends pieces from his personal collection to reinforce the house as a place of identity. (Edgard César)
/36 - Lourenço Milaneze - Studio 10. Based on the premise of connecting architecture and well-being, designers Clécio Lourenço and Gervásio Milaneze present a spacious and easily circulated environment, with large windows that allow natural light to enter and integrate with the garden. Using Brazilian stones and a palette of lighter and more neutral tones, a living space was created with an atmosphere of tranquility for a family to get together, welcome friends, have moments of pleasure and disconnect from life outside and the routine of everyday life. . The use of signed pieces and works of art was also prioritized, in addition to textures that create unique sensations. (Edgar César)
/36 - Lucas Machado - Casa Marel. The space reflects on the connection between people and their homes, seeking to convey the idea that the house is an extension of human existence. The combination of the symmetrical area, without curves, with the minimalist lighting and the predominance of the royal coral color guarantee the project the desired lightness and comfort. All choices were made with the well-being of those who pass by in mind, observing the delicacy of the tones and textures. (Edgard César)
/36 - Luísa Azevedo - Bar. The architect presents the "Bar Spotta", which combines concepts, shapes and trends in a single space. Curved and organic lines, which cover and shape the space, convey a feeling of welcome and comfort, while exclusive design pieces bring refinement and sophistication. Armchairs, stools and swings were the furniture choices. The color palette, all in earthy tones, is a reference to the cerrado, showing how much the body is connected to the environment in which it is inserted. (Edgard César)
/36 - Adriano de Paiva - Loja Sebrae. Presenting the Loja SEBRAE, architect Adriano Paiva makes his debut at CASACOR Goiás. In an open space with organic shapes, the professional follows an almost monochromatic color palette. The wooden mashrabiyas are one of the highlights of the space, as are the shelves, developed based on drawings made by Adriano. (Edgard César)
/36 - Marcos Lula - Origem Lounge. A newcomer to CASACOR, the architect is responsible for the 74 m² project, which provides a balance between experience and architecture, paying subtle tribute to mothers and children. Access to the space is provided through a symbolic and mainly synesthetic representation of the mother's womb. To achieve this, the ceiling height is reduced, speakers play stories from various mothers, walls are covered with curtains and the lighting is indirect and softer. There are curved shapes, glass jars with water at different levels and rustic furniture. Natural terracotta tiles are present throughout the space to symbolize origin, the basics, and bring back an emotional memory of comfort and home. (Edgard César)
/36 - Mariana Mendonça - Remanso. The architect presents a 98 m² space in a slow living style that brings the wabi-sabi concept – incorporating the modest and simple in decoration, an invitation to a relaxing experience, through the appreciation of the imperfect and based on Zen Buddhism. Through natural elements such as water, stone, fire, natural fibers, clay and ceramics, stories are woven to remind us that body and home should be an extension of each other and need to be in harmony. Neutral colors, rustic texture on the walls, indirect lighting, natural fibers and landscaping with native vegetation give the space its character. Highlights include the award-winning pieces from the Coralinas Collection, by the artist from Goiás, Marcus Camargo, in partnership with the Associação Mulheres Coralinas. (Edgard César)
/36 - Mariana Romano, Roberta Assy and Júlia Perfeito - Aromas Store. Mariana Romano, in partnership with architects Júlia Perfeito and Roberta Assy, from AP Studio, present the Aromas Store named "Saudade tem cheiro de gente!". The space is clean and sophisticated with few elements, among them the Dunas Daybed armchair, by designer Esteban Fidelis, and the Mingança lamp, by Orth studio. The neutral and sober colors of the walls bring depth and contrast to the project and highlight the stone in the center, made of raw Bahia beige marble. With this, the environment becomes a minimalist and sophisticated space, which carries on the walls, ceiling and floor a sense of comfort and well-being. (Edgard Cesar)
/36 - Mayara Oliveira Arquitetura e Design - Casa Cerrado. Interior designer Mayara Oliveira, in partnership with CerradoAcabamentos, presents a cozy and sophisticated 100 m² space. Paying homage to the native vegetation of Goiás, the space features several photographs of the beauties of the biome, which stand out among the curves of the walls, providing elegance and authenticity to the project. An invitation to unity and the celebration of life. (Edgard Cesar)
/36 - Meire Santos - Dreaming is necessary. The professional designed a 121 m² space that was not academic at all, designed to celebrate 25 years of her work at CASACOR Goiás. The idea is to show the emotion of participating in the event for so many years, with the same enthusiasm for each edition. Using an unusual tone on the floor, black, the environment highlights music as a theme and relies on simple lighting. The project also includes an Instagrammable corner so visitors can take photos for social media. (Edgard Cesar)
/36 - Nando Nunes - Morada Deca. Inspired by Mediterranean architecture, the space exalts the welcoming of our main home: the body. The light palette creates a timeless, eternal environment, and shows how simplicity is the true path to sophistication. The soft tones provide peace and harmony in this reunion of the being, the soul and the body. The furniture curation brings together creations by designers Sérgio Rodrigues and Fernando Mendes and the Etel brand. And, for the decoration, the professional chose elements that provide balance to the five senses, allowing the being to experience how essential it is to please one's own body to be well with oneself and with others. (Edgard Cèsar)
/36 - Natiara Reis and Paulo Reis - Loft Um. The architects from Studio Reis Arquitetura are making their debut at CASACOR and, in keeping with the theme of the edition, they thought about prioritizing the comfort and coziness of the home with large, fluid and integrated spaces, providing interaction and a social experience full of beauty and sophistication. Openwork panels, natural elements and integrated landscaping stand out in the project. The concept of moving water was also adopted to create the layout, such as the blue cladding at the entrance to the space. The furniture has curved and organic lines, with highlights including pieces by Arthur Casas and Zanini de Zanine. (Edgard Cesar)
/36 - Ogata Arquitetura - Cellar - Wine Room. Fernanda and Flávia Ogata present a 91 m² wine room. The architects worked with the information that Goiânia is considered the third city in terms of wine consumption per inhabitant. Therefore, they designed a space that combines the comfort of being at home with the passion for drinking, in an environment to welcome friends, create memories and enjoy a good label. To create an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, cold tones were included in the color palette, Kouros quartzite and furniture designed by Marcelo Ligieri and Roberta Banqueri. Pine shavings, a wood by-product, were also added to finish the walls, with the aim of using undervalued materials in a creative and innovative way. (Edgard César)
/36 - Regina Amaral - Live In. The 141 m² interior is integrated with nature. The space, which highlights art and music, was designed to welcome family, friends and to be with people who truly make sense. Curated by Ludmila Potrich, the works of artists Pitágoras and Siron Franco complement the project together with sculptures by Bruno George and Evandro. The music that characterizes the environment was selected by Regina and Ludmilla Amaral. Earthy and natural colors are used in the furniture and blend with a large wall covered in natural stone, developed in Serra Gaúcha, by the hands of skilled artisans. (Edgard Cesar)
/36 - Rose Campos Vaz - MCB Studio "From Rosé to Wine". The professional connects people and lifestyles with a multi-purpose space that meets the demands of contemporary living and provides an opportunity to experience unusual and provocative sensations. To achieve this, concepts from “Neuroarchitecture” were used, one of Rose's specializations, to awaken all the senses in the user/visitor. The project is fully inclusive with hyper-technological support, which is divided into five areas: gourmet, dining, home, games and garden. In the color palette, white and black transition through various shades of gray and end with the vibrancy of pink and wine tones. (Edgard Cesar)
/36 - Alexandre Milhomem - Loft 06. The project is inspired by the 26-year career of Studio Alexandre Milhomem. The space is an invitation, through architecture, to look at everything that composes, nourishes and is part of the life story, affective memory, past and present of the professional. Inspired by the classic style, the space features noble and natural materials – such as stone, wood and soft-touch fabrics in light tones. Works of art signed by artist Eloisa Lobo, wooden furniture with gold leaf and Polish chandeliers and wall lights with gold finish and Swarovski crystals bring refinement to the space. (Edgard César)
/36 - Sammea Vilarinho - Garagem Lounge. In her second edition of CASACOR, the architect and urban planner designed a 114 m² lounge inspired by the House of Progress concept, which is characterized by a reduced design, clear communication, an inviting atmosphere and, of course, a human-centered design. With a lighter layout, a bar/illuminated shelf was strategically positioned in the space, representing a space to receive friends, work, store and recharge the car. Together, furniture designed by Oscar Niemeyer, Jorge Zalszupin and Marcus Ferreira, and ornaments by ceramist Luciana Cravo complement the ambiance. Neutral colors, black marble and lighting by designer Fernando Prado frame the space. (Edgard César)
/36 - Shoraya Canedo - Resort Space. Inspired by the natural habitat of flora and fauna, the landscaper presents an environment that evokes the interaction between humans and nature, providing diverse sensations for the mind and body. The project was developed based on the Urban Jungle trend, gardens within spaces. Plant species, sand, tree bark, wooden planters and ceramic and cement vases were used, alluding to a forest/woods/beach and providing visitors with a sense of balance, tranquility, harmony, comfort and connection. The garden furniture includes the Kauai Garden Seat, Mikonos Chair and Temis Sideboard. (Edgard César)
/36 - Tayná Gonçalves - Host's Balcony. The architect proposes an environment for families who love to entertain at home and appreciate domestic space. Thus, the project presents a space to be with body and soul inside the home. Based on contemporary classical architecture and straight geometric shapes, the project provides a feeling of balance, peace and transmits security. On the walls, false windows with curtains bring the outside in and complement the freshness brought by pots and native plants. In addition, the walls have boiseries and baseboards referring to the classic. Neutral colors such as light gray on the walls highlight the strong colors in the furniture and ornaments. (Edgard César)
/36 - Thiago Lobo - Tecnoseg Space/Podcast Studio. In his first participation in the show, the architect presents a space designed to promote interaction between participants through the experience of colors and technology. The unique feature is the covering made of blue acoustic fabric accompanied by elegant and light curves of the metal structure. The harmonious wooden floor invites visitors to live a modern and safe experience through the deconstructed bench, suspended televisions and a smart cabinet strategically positioned in the space. Finally, a podcast studio integrated with Instagrammable elements and nature around the glass box make up the environment. (Edgard César)
/36 - Venuti Arquitetura e Urbanismo - Façade. The team led by architect Paulo Estevão designed the grand façade of CASACOR Goiás 2023. Covering 600 m², the firm worked with more industrial materials and techniques to achieve a long-lasting and expressive result. An extra layer was removed from the building, suggesting a layer of skin that surrounds the structural metal “skeleton”, where the steel represents the internal structure of our body, which maintains the exuberant geometric shapes of the external planes. (Edgard César)
/36 - Victória Pinheiro - Due. Introducing the couple's suite, the architect makes her debut with a 91 m² space, a refuge amidst the chaos of big cities. The name means “two” in Italian and refers to the couple's universe, with a completely integrated environment that allows them to experience different moments of joy, rest, intimacy and relaxation. Sophistication, elegance and authenticity are the hallmarks of the space, which features Brazilian design, with furniture designed by Jader Almeida. (Edgard César)
/36 - William Hanna - Casa Cosentino. Casa Cosentino is a project developed around the relationships that architect William Hanna has with his body-family-home. The space is focused on the brand's latest developments in the Brazilian market and on conveying the feelings that emerge in his projects and that, in some way, are reflections of the feelings that surround him. Designed with inspiration from family relationships and how they have been established throughout his life, Casa Cosentino is the materialization and enjoyment of the home of his own office, which today is not only a body, but also a habitat for the feelings that surround him. (Edgard César)
/36 - Allan Sávio Arquitetura - Thisa Experience. In this environment developed for Thisa Incorporação e Inovação, architects Allan Sávio, Laís Dalago de Oliveira, Ana Clara Pires Martins and Milena Rostirolla designed a space that is an architectural experience, putting visitors in contact with architectural projects of high-end homes through images in a circuit that leads to the Immersive Lounge, where the projected images and the built environment complement each other. (Edgard César)
/36 - Ana Maria Miller, Elisa Torres and Tainá Torres - Make yourself at home. The architects designed a complete loft that invites visitors to come in and feel comfortable. Exploring various touches and sensations, the pieces used have varied fabrics and textures, such as the comfort of boucle, the soft touch of natural Italian leather, the wooden MDF that warms the entire space, among others. In addition, aiming not only at physical well-being, but also at mental health and peace of mind, the professionals opted for an environment without television, prioritizing socializing, eye contact, and real conversations. (Edgard César)
/36 - Carla Pimentel and Geovanna Apolinário - Essential Leader. The professionals from Arquimax Arquitetura showcase a space with the concept of living experienced post-pandemic, which brought new behaviors, habits and needs. Minimalist, the project brings together only the essentials with some bold touches: the biophilic design appears in the natural lighting that passes through the glass box, in the curved walls, in the vegetation on the suspended bookshelf, in the checkered panel of natural wood veneer and in the use of terracotta color. The modern touch is guaranteed by the ceiling with a black background and wooden details. To achieve harmony between both, two paintings by the artist from Goiás Diogo Miranda. (Edgard César)
/36 - Cristiane Moussa - Refúgio Cenário. Invited by the Cenário store, the civil engineer specializing in architecture presents a 100 m² refuge. Using a minimalist concept with the use of light and neutral colors, the space is a loft with a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, all integrated, providing functionality and a sense of freedom. Vegetation is present throughout the space and green also appears in the sinks, armchair and decorative items. (Edgard César)
/36 - Diego Mendonça and Heloá Vaz - BRB Lounge. Designed to promote social interaction, the space's structure combines technology and nature. The project prioritizes local and contemporary architecture as a tool. To achieve this, it uses industrial construction technologies with modular structures and metalwork, as well as natural elements, revealing the need for beauty in life. The space is covered in natural stone and wood and features a sheet of water, elements used to reinforce the importance of contact with nature. (Edgard César)
/36 - Douglas Santana, Mariana Hamer and Iara Miquelin - Urban Loft. This project brings together elements of the cosmopolitan urban city: burnt cement and rustic and metallic finishes mix with natural items such as stones, wood and vegetation in the best concept of biophilic design. An inspiring environment that brings to the urban context the need to be in harmony with the planet. With organic furniture to incorporate the design of the city into the curves of nature, the project features signature pieces, such as the jacaranda bench created by architect and designer Jorge Zalszupin in the 1950s and the canvas by artists Ebert Calaça and Marcelo Solá. (Edgard César)
