Leo Romano - Aldeia Bathroom. The 175 m² space offers a peaceful experience by transforming bathing into a valuable ritual. The architectural design is enhanced by the acoustic panels that envelop the walls and ceilings. Two “loose” boxes highlight the areas intended for the ritual. Wall mirrors, stretchers, cabinets and poetic objects that establish a connection between the forms and the content were created specifically for the space. The light palette enhances the design of the products and announces an atmosphere of peace.

The 6600 m² area is just one of the grand numbers that mark the 2021 edition of CASACOR Goiás : the space divided into 45 environments occupies the annex area of Flamboyant Shopping and displays projects signed by 65 architects and decorators - many of them with footage that exceeds the 100 m². And, of course, all of them bringing the professionals' interpretation to the theme The Original House , which encompasses CASACOR editions throughout Brazil. This year, the exhibition will take place in a hybrid format, meaning: in addition to the in-person event, the public will be able to see the environments through a 3D Tour, photos , videos and the digital yearbook.
01/45 -
Milena Niemeyer - Vitrine Flamboyant Lounge. Designed to be a welcome landmark for visitors to the exhibition and Shopping Flamboyant, the environment is made up of a circular center for chats, rest and support for connection. The project followed the corporate identity of the surrounding area, with shades of red, green, white and beige. The leather-covered furniture allows for adequate hygiene and the golden partitions with corrugated glass guarantee visual privacy and distance between people.

02/45 -
Marco Leal - Jun Sakamoto Sushi Bar. In his debut at the show, the professional builds a narrative around memories, connections and encounters that span time and space that define each person. By questioning how the physical environment influences the human development process, Marco calls his work the memory of the future and develops a sushi bar for those who are excited about diversity. The space is marked by contrasts, furniture with signature tables and a vertical garden.

03/45 -
Flávia Araújo and Ricardo Lima - Jardim Woo. In Tupi-Guarani, "woo" means "the place of emotions". And it is from this premise that the duo of professionals uses Brazilian indigenous vernacular architecture as inspiration to reconnect with ancestry, roots and the land. The scenic space creates a forest where vertical garden totems represent trees, the pergola's piassava resembles a hollow and the deconstruction of the sidewalks suggests the imperfection of the trails opened in the forest.
(Edgard César)
04/45 -
Anna Paula Melo - Ventura Casa Serena. With 175 m², this house is a refuge in the midst of urban chaos: the light colors, the natural texture of the walls and the rusticity of the stone combined with the presence of greenery in the space's vases create a welcoming and calming environment. Careful use of light provides and demarcates distinct spaces, highlighting favorite pieces of furniture and art. A final contemporary touch is provided by the organic design of the cabinets.

05/45 -
Eduardo Medeiros and Gabriel Bela Cruz - Deca Raízes Kitchen. To rescue memories and bring back roots that were lost with modernity, this kitchen pays homage and also reinvents farmhouse kitchens, which were - and still are! - the heart of the Goiás home. In search of a bucolic atmosphere, the duo values materials such as burnt and red-dyed cement, thick plasterwork and a wood-burning stove. The vertical garden references the nature of farms and is complemented by Brazilian furniture.
(Edgard César)
06/45 -
Elisa Veloso and Lissa Azevedo - Bath Room Break. Inspired by the simplicity and lightness of what is natural, this project appears as the place where the couple can slow down and live in the present. Free from excess, the space balances the mix of soft color palettes with earthy tones. In this rescue of one's own essence amidst the chaos of routine, natural elements serve as a point of balance: wood, stones, rope, pampas grass and wheat are integrated into the space in a bucolic and welcoming composition.

07/45 -
Mariana Mendonça and Shoraya Canedo - Casa de Raiz. The 120 m² project proposes a recovery of memories of moments spent in family homes during childhood. The stone floor reminds us of old homes and the painted walls that look worn over time remind us of the timelessness of a mother's house. In the landscaping, the plants remind us of grandma's backyard, the jabuticabeira and banana tree represent the orchard and the aromatic herbs, spices and peppers allude to the family gathered at Sunday lunches.
(Edgard César)
08/45 -
Natália Maciel and Rachel Borges - Baby's Room. The duo brings a special inspiration to this 38 m² space: childhood in its early stages, from 0 to 3 years old. The cozy and simple space delves into the world of children with a lot of lightness and optimism. And it creates a mix of trends: antiques, contemporary pieces, earthy tones, basketwork and lots of crafts. The only rule here is to provide an ideal atmosphere for a child's rest and development and the setting where they will develop their first memories.
(Edgard César)
09/45 -
Thayssa Guerra - Businesswoman's Studio. The focus of this 60 m² space is very clear: to bring into the home what is experienced outside, especially contact with nature. To achieve this, the architect chose the Japandi style, mixing earthy tones with the green foliage of the plants and using cement flooring to propose a connection with the outdoors. The space has several works of art and comfortable pieces of furniture, with a highlight being the Jangada armchair by designer Jean Gillon.
(Edgard César)
10/45 -
Meire Santos - Living Art. The 116 m² project is special for the professional: the space pays homage to 15 of her clients from 2020, who represent all the clients the designer has had in her career, reinforcing the value of union between friends. Each of the honorees received a work that portrays a photo - between canvases, engravings or pieces of art, each item refers to the stories that happen inside a home and tell the story of Meire and everyone who has passed through her life.

11/45 -
Chris Willon and Heloá Vaz - Modular Hotel. The proposal offers a solution to meet the high demand of the hotel sector post-pandemic: the duo presents intimate, cozy and multifunctional suites. The spaces are designed based on modular architecture concepts, which provide a shorter construction time, reduced waste and the possibility of relocation. To create an intimate atmosphere, the architects used materials with natural textures such as linen, leather and wood to bring unique comfort.
(Edgard César)
12/45 -
Allon Trevisan - Reception and Lounge. The 54 m² cosmopolitan space has a youthful vibe and urban references. The project has linear lines and is permeated by neutral and sober tones. Technology appears in the directional recessed lighting, the sound system and the countertop materials. All of these elements are combined with timeless furniture by Brazilian designers, such as Jader Almeida, in addition to the premium line of office furniture for reception.
(Edgard César)
13/45 -
Ana Maria Miller and Tainá Tôrres - The Sun and Lounge The Sun. This 421 m² house is a place of affection and memories, of meetings. Therefore, its concept favors greater interaction between residents, where the absence of television sets stands out and makes the protagonist the large room made up of several sofas and armchairs arranged in a circle to promote chat. The idea comes as professionals believe in “eye to eye”, sitting at the table, and the real exchange of experiences between people.
(Edgard César)
14/45 -
William Hanna - Casa Oggi. The design of this space is based on the idea that excessive glamour should be replaced by a more homely identity, made for real people. Therefore, this house was designed to be cozy, a place where people feel good, live and belong. The designer furniture, works of art and ornaments provide this user-space engagement and convey the feeling of well-being and comfort, so important in an era when we spend most of our time indoors.
(Edgard César)
15/45 -
Fernanda Gemus - Be Blue Room. The project was designed for a modern couple with an autistic son and was inspired by Rafael, the architect's nephew, who was diagnosed with autism during the pandemic. The 56 m² space is flexible and adapted to the child's needs and was developed together with two professionals specialized in the disorder - the environment brings elements to work the four senses as a form of stimulation and development. The name is inspired by the color blue, symbol of autism.
(Edgard César)
16/45 -
Pedro Nogueira - Skin. In his first participation in CASACOR Goiás, the architect and urban planner was responsible for developing the façade of the exhibition, which occupies an area of 6,600 m² next to Flamboyant Shopping. To humanize the building, the professional created a palette that represents a mix of skin colors and occupies the entire external area of the building. In this way, the external membrane of the space gains color and warmth to welcome visitors to the event.
(Edgard César)
17/45 -
Alessandra and Alessa Lobo - Refuge in the Countryside. The idea behind this space is to show that nature and good times with loved ones go hand in hand - in fact, the professionals who designed the project are mother and daughter, and they gathered objects that bring back family memories to decorate the space. With 130 m², the area invites contemplation and rest and features plants, a beautiful sofa and a comfortable rug. The refuge houses handicrafts full of Brazilian flair, art pieces and a panel created by the artist Job Bento.
(Edgard César)
18/45 -
Bruna Borges Duarte and Nathália Weber - Women's Bathroom. With 19.5 m², this space was designed for a girl who is going through the transformation phase and will soon become a woman - the transition is represented by the contrasts in the decoration. The color palette made up of light tones combines with the golden metals of the colored glass and nature. The space is also marked by the disparity between the fluid, when exploring glass and concrete, and wood, natural ropes and stones.
(Edgard César)
19/45 -
Carol Rosa - Tempo Store. This space was designed by analyzing seven variables: colors, shapes, aromas, lighting, biophilia, sounds and personalization. The result is a space that creates a connection between people and their stories. The architect created a green velvet box, using the velvet effect on the wall paint and playing with the circular pendants in the lighting, to bring a sense of tranquility to the user - this way they will be able to recall their memories and create new ones with the products sold.
(Edgard César)
20/45 -
Valentina Craboledda - Home Office Essenziale. Considering the changes that have occurred in homes over the last year, the architect presents a project that transforms the old balcony into a home office, without the space losing its family essence. The intimate and affectionate decoration features pieces of art and elegant, modern furniture. Nature is present through the wood, the color palette and the vertical garden. Works of art and travel souvenirs appear on the shelves and walls.
(Edgard César)
21/45 -
Paola Vasconcelos Albernaz and Lorrane Vasconcelos Albernaz - Lavabo Orgânico. Designed to remind us of a historical past, this 14 m² space has no ends or straight lines. Inspired by rock architecture, the arch refers to the interior of a cave and the illuminated screen represents the exit. The poorly finished walls and the composition of patchwork stones on the floor help create the feeling of being inside a cave. The sophistication of the space is delivered by the floor lamp designed by designer Jader Almeida.
(Edgard César)
22/45 -
Doriselma Mariotto - Loft Trajetória 20. A veteran of CASACOR Goiás, the interior designer returns to the show for her eighteenth participation with a 235m² loft, a timeless and contemporary space, inspired by her 20-year career. Designed for those who enjoy living well, with elegance and comfort, the space does not follow trends and stands out for its natural materials, textures, sober colors and cozy lighting. Neutral tones mix with wood, stones and potted plants.
(Edgard César)
23/45 -
Gabriel Domingues and Cleber Depieri - CASACOR Square. With 1,100 m², the space was designed to encourage interaction between people and provide places for contemplation amidst the vegetation. The duo surprises visitors, who have just started their tour of the exhibition, with a beautiful panel of cobogós and leads them to the ticket office via a staircase with winding lines in different shades of fulget. Veterans of CASACOR Brasília, this is Domingues and Depieri's first participation in the event in Goiás since 2011.
(Edgard César)
24/45 -
Tayná Gonçalves - Home Office of the Image Consultant. The 21 m² space was designed for a woman full of personality, who loves working and, during the pandemic, realized the need to have a charming and practical office. The timeless style environment mixes several shades of gray. The place has a table for video calls and a mini in-person meeting room to receive guests, go live and even read a book. On the walls, the businesswoman's photo collection and her travel accessories stand out.
(Edgard César)
25/45 -
Bibiana and Giordano Rogoski - Around the table. Marking the first time that the Rogoski brothers have worked together at a CASACOR, the 65 m² space is inspired by the professionals' family memories and houses a dining room - the environment evokes fond memories of times when they shared meals with family or friends. The decorative objects and ornaments were handcrafted, mainly in ceramic, conveying the history and ancestral knowledge that only these original materials can convey.
(Edgard César)
26/45 -
Rubiana Teixeira - Kitchen 21. In this project, the professional combines a kitchen that follows current architectural trends with a traditional kitchen, seeking to evoke the past through details. The hexagonal coverings in shades of blue reference the hydraulic tiles that were widely used in the past. The mint tone of the carpentry together with the wood forms a balanced composition that warms and brings comfort to the space. The curved iron furniture, the leather stools and the handcrafted pieces of decoration make up the essence of Kitchen 21.
(Edgard César)
27/45 -
Lucas Machado - Conviviality. Inspired by public squares, parks and gardens, this 190 m² area aims to connect people with each other and with nature. Following the principles of biophilic design, the project rescues natural environments and brings them to man-made spaces, connecting greenery to the construction. The architect's goal is to provide well-being, a sense of relaxation, health and emotional comfort. The green wall surrounds the building with as much vegetation as possible.
(Edgard César)
28/45 -
Jordana and Juliana Bessa - Coffee and Wine. With the aim of celebrating their origins and ancestry through a timeless aesthetic, the duo seeks inspiration for the café in the show in the land. The idea is to bring comfort, refinement and a historical vein in a single environment. Materials such as brick, ceramic and wood, combined with an earthy color palette, with warm and natural textures, bring simplicity and a welcoming atmosphere. Cobogó was also used because it is a Brazilian construction element.
(Edgard César)
29/45 -
Adriane Conti - Athlete's Studio. At a time when the world is rethinking living, the professional presents a multifunctional space that combines relaxation (home theater), work (home office) and leisure (gourmet balcony). Inspired by American warehouses, the space uses reusable wood flooring, dividers with naval ropes used by mountain climbers and exercise equipment, creating the ideal home for sports enthusiasts. The 104 m² studio is practical and dynamic, just as every athlete should be.
(Edgard César)
30/45 -
Felipe Félix - Home Office. The 38 m² project was created with a modular concept, in which the furniture and carpentry are easy to handle and adapt to the space, should the user wish to change the layout. The lighting was strategically designed to accompany this change. The current scenario has led human beings to look inside their homes, valuing the home and every corner it has to offer more. The architect argues that, just like fashion, homes now tend to be more colorful and cheerful, always aligned with the comfort of the furniture.
(Edgard César)
31/45 -
Eliane Mendonça - Dream Suite. Measuring 51 m², this sober and sophisticated space offers an intimate atmosphere. The bed is the highlight with its raw linen headboard, which is enhanced by the natural marble side panels. The composition contrasts with the smooth, woody melamine covering the wall. The multifunctional space also features a rest room and a relaxation area marked by a wooden pergola dividing a bathtub. Indirect lighting creates a cozy atmosphere.
(Edgard César)
32/45 -
Fabíola Naoum and Wilker Godoi - Casa da Mata. Following the concept of a modern, sophisticated country house with conscious consumption, the project was born from the recovery and appreciation of rural origins. The environment features furniture and objects of national design in accordance with the handmade trend and uses natural elements, such as stone, wood and concrete. Aimed at those interested in having a second home, used for leisure and rest, the space invites visitors to review their consumption habits and dedicate time to themselves.
(Edgard César)
33/45 -
Elizabeth Pires and Déborah Meireles - Aesthetics Clinic. In this space, elements, tones, materials and furniture welcome the patient to make them feel like they are in a familiar and cozy space. The visitor is attracted by a natural stone panel with golden metal and, upon entering, is impacted by the high ceilings and photographs of female characters with LED lighting strips around them. Highlights include the eight floating sculptural flowers, hanging from a steel cable.
(Edgard César)
34/45 -
Nando Nunes - Casa Cinza Cerrado. The rebirth of the cerrado after each new period of burning served as inspiration for this space. Apparently an enemy, the natural action of fire preserves the diversity of the biome and makes it sprout again. In other words, friendly fire, very different from criminal fires, is part of a cycle. And that is what this 114 m² loft represents: a space where the resident can be reborn and enjoy free time, connecting with themselves, with others and with the things that do them good.
(Edgard César)
35/45 -
Giselle Carvalho - Loft Home Luxo. Making her debut at the show, the architect presents a proposal for an integrated living and dining room that occupies 43 m² and highlights the possibility of creating luxurious environments in medium-sized spaces. The contemporary and sophisticated project is full of straight and curved lines. The gold metal refers to industrial design and is combined with fabrics, wood and mirrors. The porcelain tile used to compose the mosaic used as a background element is a highlight.
(Edgard César)
36/45 -
Kerley de Melo - Doctor's Loft. Marking her 11th participation in the Goiás show, the professional brings an environment that values quality over quantity and represents the expression “less is more”. Inspired by the difficult moment that society is facing, the space is dedicated to doctors and has everything that professionals would like to have in their homes during this time of exhausting work. In her project, the architect presents what human beings really need to live well.
(Edgard César)
37/45 -
Leo Romano - Aldeia Bathroom. The 175 m² space offers a peaceful experience by transforming bathing into a valuable ritual. The architectural design is enhanced by the acoustic panels that envelop the walls and ceilings. Wall mirrors, stretchers, cabinets and poetic objects that establish a connection between the shapes and the content were created specifically for the space. The light palette enhances the design of the products and announces an atmosphere of peace.
(Edgard César)
38/45 -
Anna Helisa Porto, Diego Mendonça and Isabella Gondim - Ice Cream Shop. An establishment that innovates in the way it presents its product, eliminates the barrier between the consumer and the dessert and makes the customer feel at home: this is the proposal of the architects who are new to the show. Inspired by Brazilian homes, the professionals opted for a more humanized and less formal service. With the change in the concept of “living/occupying” from last year, the trio seeks to return to the roots of the project.
(Edgard César)
39/45 -
Genésio Maranhão - Art Gallery. In 100 m², the professional pays homage to artists from Goiás, both established and new, who did not have the opportunity to exhibit their work during the pandemic. The exhibition provides space for contemporary art from Goiás and brings artists closer to the public. The space is entirely designed so that the artists' creations are the highlight, from the lighting to the color used on the wall. All works are for sale and the buyer receives them the next day.
(Edgard César)
40/45 -
Genésio Maranhão and Marcos Queiroz - Restaurant. Operated by Juá, the establishment is marked by Brazilianness, with a menu consisting of typical foods from different regions and furniture inspired by the country's nature. The professionals' greatest challenge was to develop a space with comfortable architecture inside ten containers: glass, volume, lighting and thermal comfort were some of the bets for the space, which has 68 seats. The roof of the central part is retractable, so that there is air renewal.
(Edgard César)
41/45 -
Larissa Leite - Closet Bedroom. Designed for a 20-year-old woman, the 40 m² project creates a timeless, multifunctional space for a resident who is an artist, fashionista, traveler, minimalist and unique. The intimate and cozy atmosphere is created by the use of wooden floors and indirect lighting in the arches. Highlights include the visual and plastic art by Lívia Rizzo, who uses the shape of a praying mantis in drawings on the wall and interacts with other components of the space, such as the clothes and accessories in the closet.
(Edgard César)
42/45 -
Fernanda and Flávia Ogata - Wabi-Sabi. In order to recognize their cultural roots, the Ogata sisters dedicated this room to their ancestors: the space proposes a reflection on the slowing down of the pace of life and the acceptance of the passing of time through the Japanese philosophy “wabi-sabi”, which represents that which is beautiful and the aesthetics of the imperfect. Following the Japandi concept, the space also features objects by ceramist Hideko Honma, the result of a unique technique and strongly inspired by nature.
(Edgard César)
43/45 -
Natalia Veloso - Origami Loft. Inspired by Japanese minimalist architecture, which proposes valuing the essential and slowing down the pace of life, the 90 m² space combines noble and timeless materials and contemporary furniture with pieces signed by designer Jader Almeida. A 7.5 m suspended bookcase is the main protagonist. The open concept of the loft appears in the design of the space of the house as a true refuge and a kind of urban oasis.
(Edgard César)
44/45 -
Pedro Ernesto and Leandra Castro - Lounge Garden. Marking the 18th participation of the architect, urban planner and interior designer, this space was designed to be a place to relax and connect with nature. With 117 m², it combines natural materials - such as porcelain, vinyl flooring and travertine marble - and Brazilian design pieces - mostly by designer Jader Almeida - with flowers and leaves arranged throughout the space with the aim of creating an air of lightness.
(Edgard César)
45/45 -
Expedito Bezerra and Lucas Panobianco - Public Bathroom. Winners of the 6th Young Professional Award, these professionals debut at the show with a project that brings the simplicity of vernacular architecture, starting with organic forms and using natural materials, combined with contemporary elements, modern elements and art objects. The neutrality of the colors, mostly in warm tones, combined with the sound of the water, generates a feeling of security. Lighting is the key point of the space, aiming to create a scenic environment.

" The Original House ", in the words of Eliane Martins , franchisee of CASACOR Goiás alongside her partner, Sheila de Podestá, is a response to the advance of modernity, the need to always be connected and in constant change. "This also causes us a feeling of instability. Whether it's the impetus to keep up with the steps of this rapid evolution or the feeling that arises from the consequences it causes", he reflects. “Casa Original comes precisely from the urgency of finding an answer to this question: through creativity and a return to origins, seeking in the land, in ancestry and in simplicity to find a balance between the past and the future”, believes Eliane Martins.
Rubiana Teixeira - Cozinha 21.
Gastronomy on the rise
Those who visit CASACOR Goiás between August 28 and October 12 will also be able to enjoy the meeting spaces and gastronomy of the show. It is a creative, original, fresh, regional menu using elaborate techniques.
Marco Leal - Sushi Bar Jun Sakamoto.
Doce Doce - with its savory snacks and pastry delights - will also serve Moncloa teas and a wine list created by Adega Cave Época. The ALATA ice cream shop, created by chef Ian Baiocchi, will offer unusual creations, regional ingredients and a modern twist. and super Instagrammable. William Hanna - Casa Oggi.
