David Bastos - Showa Apartment. (Camila Santos/)
/31 - Fábio Pinho and Sinthia Ferrari - Balcony & Garden. An open-air environment inside the house. The space was designed to bring family and friends together with the comfort of the sofa, the coziness of the swing, the pool and a special barbecue area. Wooden panels frame vertical gardens and the entire space receives harmonious and pleasant lighting. It is a space rich in details, designed to welcome people at all times of the day, from the busiest moment to the most relaxing rest. (Camila Santos)
/31 - Gisele Rauta and Kátia Brant - Agence Immobilière. The area pays homage to luxury real estate broker Letícia Rody and offers a space where the professional can receive clients and partners to present exclusive projects from her collection and the opportunities in this market that has grown significantly in the last year. There are 66 m² of covered area and 30 m² of deck, full of natural elements that promote well-being. Coverings that bring a feeling of comfort and indoor gardens create coziness. (Camila Santos)
/31 - Ivan Aguiar and Heliomar Venancio - Drink Bar. The establishment occupies a 30 m² container structure in an area of 130 m² and brings a contemporary touch to the façade, created from ArcelorMittal steel sheets. The drink bar will be operated by Hanaya Japonese Food and the highlight will be the drinks menu created by Matheus Cunha, a bartender who is among the ten best in the world. The menu is created by chef Cayke Lass. (Camila Santos)
/31 - Ivan Aguiar and Heliomar Venancio - Helmut Square. A space for convergence in the exhibition, there are several resting places flanked by the green landscaping designed by Ivan Aguiar. The almost 500 m² area is connected by a sinuous, almost 70 m long chocolate-colored horizontal sculpture. The highlight is the Stone bench: on the giant pebble weighing 1 ton, visitors can climb, sit or lie down on it, interacting with the piece. The space uses photovoltaic energy. (Camila Santos)
/31 - Hudson Dal Ben and Heloisa Santos - Connected Shelter. A pause in time. This is how the professionals define the living space that allows its inhabitants to dive into their own intimacy. In this proposal for a lighter and calmer life, there are spaces for rest, music, reading and drinks. Different materials evoke nature and craftsmanship: rough cut stone, wood for heating, terrazzo made of quartz fragments, the firm texture of fibers. (Camila Santos)
/31 - José Elias Mussi and Luciana Mara Mussi - Desconecte-se Suite. The idea is to disconnect from the outside world, in an environment that encourages introspection - without television, for example - so that the user can enjoy moments of relaxation, reading and contemplation of nature. The 23 m² space is composed of natural materials, with predominantly sober colors, and a mix of straight lines and organic shapes. (Camila Santos)
/31 - Karina Tristão and Ruan Venturini - Sustainable Functional Lavatories. The natural elements here are anchors for the proposed sensory stimuli: the unusual waterfall is the protagonist and motivator of the visitors' first experience at the exhibition. The walkway over the water mirror is a passage over this element. Sustainability appears in the photovoltaic panels on the roof, as well as in the concern for the water cycle and the reuse of materials. (Camila Santos)
/31 - Letícia Finamore - Gallery Hall and Lavabos. An intimate, cozy, receptive and artistic proposal is the guiding line of this space, which measures a little more than 34 m² coupled with a bathroom. Here, the natural stone contrasts with the wood of the house's original floor, in friezes, and the environment invites reflection and memories. Throughout the exhibition, the dynamics of the space will be the same as in the art world, with periodic renewals of the works presented. (Camila Santos)
/31 - Liane Destefani - Façade. The "original houses" contain the many peculiarities of the families that live in them. It was from this observation that the professional extracted the varied range of colors and shapes that can translate the different facets of the ways of "living". Tall or low, with different roofs, in vertical or horizontal condominiums, colorful or neutral, smaller or larger, the houses are positioned side by side, between green spaces and the blue sky, composing the "skyline" of the contemporary city. (Camila Santos)
/31 - Luryê Vescovi - Baby Suite. The cozy environment features earthy tones that evoke nature. The original and personalized furniture alludes to "grandma's house", thus reinforcing the family atmosphere. The color combinations and the designed furniture give versatility to the room, making it a timeless and adaptable space, where the child can create memories, adapting it to their own changes over time. (Camila Santos)
/31 - Karla Giaretta, Julia Velloso and Dougles Negrini - Loja do Design Brasileiro. To house pieces by renowned designers in a container, the idea was to customize it in a unique language, using sober colors, in a striped pattern, which is repeated in different materials. The project enhances the space and the objects on display, integrating the interior with the exterior through the continuity of the floor and colors. The landscaping, with the use of sculptural plants, adds to and reinforces the conceptual language. (Camila Santos)
/31 - Aline Wanick and Mara Delpupo - Terrazzo Verdi. The carefully designed lighting creates the perfect setting for the exhibition of the actions of Instituto Terra - the NGO created by Sebastião Salgado and Lélia Wanick that focuses on the ecosystem recovery of the Rio Doce Valley, an initiative that is fully in tune with the inspiration of Terrazo Verdi. The duo of professionals presents a contemporary architectural concept, marked by straight lines, and uses noble, timeless and sustainable coatings. (Camila Santos)
/31 - Marcela Pretti and Rosana Rampazzo - Original Deca Kitchen. The worktop and island feature sinks that provide greater autonomy in food preparation, allowing several people to interact in the same space. Another new feature is the luxury white appliances. The bold custom paintwork, applied along the wall, humanizes and brings joy to the space, contrasting with the white and wood-like design. (Camila Santos)
/31 - Monique Cotrim - Reception Lounge. The pavilion, built from scratch, houses items curated by CASACOR. The furniture includes pieces by young designers from Espírito Santo and renowned designers such as Ronaldo Fraga, who designed the table with poetry by Mário de Andrade. The organization of the space is fluid, creating a reception that sharpens the senses and the eye, providing the first traces of the totality of the architecture that visitors will encounter as they walk through the exhibition. (Camila Santos)
/31 - Renata Machado - Indoor Garden. Measuring 72 m², the indoor garden is a living area in an intimate outdoor setting. The concept is to create a moment of greater intimacy, silence, seclusion and welcome in the space. With different plant species worked on a macro scale and imported vases, the professional wanted to bring her special touch to make the space intimate, cozy and even more special. (Camila Santos)
/31 - Renata Tristão - Master Suite. The focus was to create an intimate, welcoming and dynamic atmosphere, creating a project marked by balance. Composed of three spaces that complement each other (bathroom, bedroom and balcony), the space has a palette in shades of gray - the neutral color represents stability, solidity and sophistication. The vinyl flooring has a burnt cement pattern, adding to the thermal and acoustic comfort characteristic of the material. Wood and natural stones complete the palette of materials. (Camila Santos)
/31 - Renzo Cerqueira - Dining Room. With a mix of contemporary and minimalist styles, black, white, gray and green are the predominant colors in the space. The space has a vertical garden that complements the woodwork and receives indirect lighting. A table with a marble top provides a quick and practical solution for those who want to have marble in their decor and porcelain flooring imitating wood to give the space more coziness were the professional's choices. (Camila Santos)
/31 - Sérgio Paulo Rabello - Café Innovare. This functional establishment offers the services, delicacies and coffees of Caffè Lorenzon. In this cozy and sophisticated environment, the architect planned the presence of a "shrub tree", which stands out in the garden and connects the visitor to nature, taking them back to the origins of the intensely flavored spice with a strong presence and meaning in Espírito Santo. Architectural details, doors and enclosures of the café's veranda are designed by Innovare. (Camila Santos)
/31 - Sérgio Paulo Rabello - ArcelorMittal Home Office. The environment allows work, study, reading and online interaction in a classic and intimate environment, whose balcony, closed along its entire length, is perfect for moments of relaxation. The character who lives here is a high-ranking executive at ArcelorMittal, a fan of orchids, which are raised suspended and capture water through their exposed roots. The furniture structures are made from recycled steel. (Camila Santos)
/31 - Zilda Helal - The Heart of Casa Natuzzi. This space welcomes the family and values moments of togetherness with great comfort and beauty. The project is contemporary and aesthetically balanced, and the furniture by Natuzzi stands out, reflecting the high quality of the decoration. The Philo sofa, a classic from the Italian brand, and the Re-vive armchairs elevate the relaxation experience to the highest level of current global design. (Camila Santos)
/31 - Sérgio Palmeira - Living room. The materials used in this space were chosen to incorporate natural elements: the wooden finishes in MDF cover the ceiling and walls of the living room, combining shades of rosewood and Tupi oak. The Mont Blanc quartzite floor was designed to enhance its natural veins. The curved lines present in several elements create the organic aspect of the project. (Camila Santos)
/31 - Juliana Guarize and Tássia Hoffmann - Empório Capixaba. The curved wall, with its imposing relief and the color of the sea sand, is the setting that characterizes this project: the Empório offers different spaces to sit, enjoy, taste, drink and chat. Among them, the organic-shaped table designed by Ruy Ohtake, is combined with the counter. There is also a display with a backlit tensioned canvas, where visitors will find products from Espírito Santo available for purchase at the show itself. (Camila Santos)
/31 - Renata Tristão - Entrance Garden. The space that welcomes guests to CASACOR connects the reception area to the house and features landscaping composed of very Brazilian elements and discreet and functional architectural intervention. The rustic deck is decorated with contemporary, colorful and playful pieces of outdoor furniture, matching the colors of the exhibition façade, and is preceded and followed by granite pieces. (Camila Santos)
/31 - Vivyan Modesto - Toy Library. This project aims to provide, in addition to a space to play, the opportunity to reclaim memories, sensations and experiences. The idea is to create a safe, playful, creative, fun and unique environment, where children can have fun while their parents enjoy their visit to CASACOR. Highlights include the completely exclusive furniture, developed for the 25th anniversary of CASACOR ES, and the special MDF blackboard. (Camila Santos)
/31 - Marina Brochieri - Functional Hall and Lavatories. In a 15 m² space, the professional created an entrance hall and two lavatories: one for unisex PNE and the other for women. The color palette ranges from pink combined with the burnt cement effect and green interacting with the Jequitibá standard MDF. The slatted walls, sometimes in wood, sometimes in green lacquer, combined with the vertical garden and the contemporary works of Rodrigo Dutra create a light and fresh atmosphere. (Camila Santos)
/31 - Angela Mota and Mariana Guimarães - Artesanato Gallery. This space belongs to those who are the protagonists of everyday art: artisans, creators, admirers and sponsors of this creation. The project brings the earth element as the protagonist, so that the space can be experienced in its entirety, without projections, with one's feet on the ground. This proposal is reflected in the colors, textures, coverings, lamps, flower boxes, cobogós, in the raw stone and in the furniture, which prioritizes Brazilian art, design and manufacturing. (Camila Santos)
/31 - Bia Margon - Daughter's Suite. The starting point was to present solutions designed to accompany the child's growth based on five guidelines: study, play, sleep, read and get ready. Inspired by the architect's cousin, the space seeks to meet the needs of a 6-year-old child. With 22 m², the space features versatile loose furniture and carpentry that can take on a new function in the future. The highlight is the area above the bed, a perfect space for playing and cultivating imagination. (Camila Santos)
/31 - Carminha and Karina Ribeiro - Jewelry. The theme The Original House was aimed at jewelry lovers, in a space with a light, bright and noble color palette. There are sophisticated materials, such as gold metals and large-format coverings, but the space is versatile enough to also accommodate some minimalist approaches. Its construction is modular and mobile, respecting sustainability standards, and is integrated with the external area, valuing nature. (Camila Santos)
/31 - Carol Daros - Home Spa. With the concept of a "spa at home", with the possibility of therapeutic treatments, the space can house a bathtub, foot bath, massage or skincare areas, utensils and furniture for tea tasting, as well as aromas and ambient sound designed for these special moments. The idea is to create a place, inside the home, for true relaxation and enriching sensory experiences for the resident. (Camila Santos)
/31 - David Bastos - Showa Apartment. Inspired by the "showa" concept of living, this apartment proposes the integration of lifestyle with pleasure and well-being. Reforested wood covers the entire social area and natural materials transform the space, which also features marble, leather and natural fiber. As special details, the dining table, the stone countertop and the metal kitchen are all linked to the customization proposed by the project. (Camila Santos)
/31 - Igor Gonçalves and Gil Nunes - Bistrô Raiz. Operated by chef Daniel de Castro, who created a contemporary menu for the space, the proposed ambience brings in 81 m² the concept of a large open balcony to escape the idea of confinement in recent months, using polished black Portuguese stone flooring and furniture in black nautical rope. The anchor piece is the large Cheflera tree, planted in the first edition of CASACOR ES, whose roots penetrated the roof. (Camila Santos)
