Primo Arquitetura - Transversal Suite
02/32 -

Primo Arquitetura - Transversal Suite. The suite reflects what the creators consider to be the best way to consolidate desires and expectations. A fluid space, without gender definition, and free of physical barriers, where everything is within reach in a simple and practical way. Thus, there is no lack of a compact closet, a relaxing bathroom and a good area for rest and relaxation. The asymmetrical curves, present in the space (in the headboard and in the counter wall that faces the garden) direct towards the center, where the bed is located, the protagonist of the room.

Tatiana Campos Melo - Reliquary Suite
04/32 -

Tatiana Campos Melo - Reliquary Suite. To compose the project, the architect sought inspiration from a love story lived on a cocoa farm. The professional used natural textures and neutral colors to ensure comfort and warmth in the environment. The choice of the name Reliquary to name the space, which prioritizes green, comes from an artistic installation he created that features drawings, phrases, song lyrics and poems that marked the aforementioned love story over time.

Vitor Martins - Rectangular bathroom
05/32 -

Vitor Martins - Reconvex bathroom. The colors, shapes, textures, perfumes and beliefs that bring back childhood memories of his parents' hometowns (Nazaré and Salinas das Margaridas, in Bahia's Recôncavo region) are reflected in the bathroom designed by Vítor Martins. The architect was inspired by the song Reconvexo, by Caetano Veloso, to create the space that, according to him, is full of memories.

Dinah Lins - Wings to Fly Room
06/32 -

Dinah Lins - Wings to Fly Room. CASACOR Bahia 2022 project . Inspired by Mexican artist Frida Khalo, the Wings to Fly Room was designed based on people's resilience in the post-pandemic period, and portrays Frida's art as an example of overcoming through a painting by artist Arthur Fraga, installed on the ceiling of the room, in order to portray and reinvent the way Frida painted lying on a bed, a joyful painting full of LIFE. The proposal is to bring reflection to the current moment in which people are following beauty standards and to show that we must have our own identity, in addition to feminine strength, the well-being of homes and tranquility. A space full of colors, art and lots of joy.

Frederico Jordan - Safari Dream
07/32 -

Frederico Jordan - Safari Dream. Designed as a new concept for a versatile bedroom for both babies and children, whether boys or girls, the architect chose neutral pastel tones, off-white, Nordic wood inspired by safari, and an animal theme. The suite is full of basic elements from the children's universe, such as a changing table, nursing chair, and personalized layette. The novelty comes from mixing these with elements from a Montessori bedroom, where architecture encourages children's autonomy and creativity. The low, house-like bed and the bathroom designed for children's height are features of this method. The result is a cozy, modern, charming, and cheerful bedroom.

10/32 -

Wesley Lemos - Pantry - Ginger and Pomegranate Kitchen. Healthy eating that prioritizes natural ingredients of Afro-indigenous origin, such as roots, combined with the recovery of the habit of cooking during the pandemic was the starting point for the creation of this kitchen-pantry. Simplicity lies in the choice of materials, such as leftover porcelain tiles (fillets), which he transformed into parquet for the floor, in sober colors and in the burnt cement used on the walls, respecting their imperfections. The highlight of the space are the works of art by artist Luiza Olivetto that portray the vast nature of the Atlantic Forest. Nat Coelho Architecture - Axé Coexistence
14/32 -

Natália Coelho Arquitetura - Convivência Axé. The diversity and Portuguese tiles that are the hallmarks of Bahia inspired the architect's environment that, through the art of the orixás of Mari Del Rei, celebrates our African heritage. The three-pointed sofa represents the axis of connection between religion, ancestry and communities. The craftsmanship is translated into the embroidery of the NGO Filhos de Bárbara, the wooden Orixás by Sandro Sal da Terra, and the lamps of indigenous origin. The curved bookshelf full of colors and randomly ordered suggests the disordered favelas. Big Z's graffiti and Jorge Amaro's black and white canvas suggest a reflection on the social contrast we experience. A color palette designed to bring the tones of nature into the home. This was the starting point for the design of the two rooms: one for the TV and the other for common use. For the first, the professional used comfortable furniture to make the place cozy and brought references from everyday life through photos; for the second, the architect designed an environment aimed at bringing people together and encouraging interaction. The dining room became a multipurpose space, where people can eat, watch TV, and play board games. The architect also invested in art, choosing a panel by artist Roy Constróy to compose the environment. “The work transmits hope and positive energy to children,” she explains.
