A space for connection and meeting, in a sensorial environment that highlights the sunset and nature landscape, pointing to a new seaside development. This is “ Casa Horizonte ”, a proposal created by architect Beatriz Zeglin in partnership with Dimas Construções for CASACOR Santa Catarina 2023 . According to architect Beatriz Zeglin , the project features a route with several vanishing points, designed to create settings and frame the natural landscape. “The environment materializes the concept of the launch of Dimas Construções, in a more abstract, sensorial way. In addition to enhancing the view of the sunset, it brings the subtlety of the curves of the beach and the slopes of the neighborhood, with an organic line that permeates the entire route. Materials and elements that will be present in the future development, such as wood, stone and water, will also be integrated”, says the professional. The tour has spaces for visitors to enjoy the view and also create connections with each other. In one of them, a bar allows for meetings and evokes an atmosphere of celebration and expectation; in the other, a bookshelf with books and paintings stands out. All in an intimate and cozy atmosphere , in keeping with the proposal for the social spaces of the future launch.

“We thought of an environment that encourages encounters , where people can take advantage of the space to appreciate nature, celebrate and make connections,” reinforces Beatriz Zeglin.
