The 130m² of Casa Vértice Dunelli , at CASACOR São Paulo 2022 , was designed by thePatricia Hagobian Architecture and Interiors office.
The house was created to be a meeting point, a place for interaction and coexistence between people. The main idea is to show the project as a space for affection and collective memories with family and friends.

The design of the house establishes dialogues with the architecture of the Conjunto Nacional building and creates an intersection between the past and the present , bringing to light issues and concepts such as Slowness and Wellness , two of the main trends in living today.

In the heart of the house, a symmetrically positioned multifunctional living room guarantees a harmonious space of belonging that encourages conversation between the inhabitants, creating a duality with the ceiling and its reticulated axes.

The contrast between materials is a major differentiator in the work of architect Patricia Hagobian and, to maintain this characteristic, coverings were chosen that encourage touch and have a visual appeal capable of generating comfort.

Noble materials such as sintered sheets, combined with large-format slabs, bring a satin touch to wall and countertop coverings.
