Casa Finitura is a great showcase of Brazilian folk art and crafts

The dimensions are large: 440 square meters encompass Casa Finitura ; but the meaning of the residence is not small either. CASACOR Brasília 's concept house takes the theme of the 2021 exhibitions, "The Original House", to heart and revisits the origins of the Brazilian being , with elements of popular art permeating the entire decoration, such as crafts; in addition to the striking presence of natural materials . The large-scale house features a neutral and practically monochromatic color palette, involving mustard and sand tones, in order to highlight the multicolored works of art. The cotto rosso floor and the brick-clad walls are particularly noteworthy.

The space designed by the duo Hélio Albuquerque and Sonia Peres , who have participated in the exhibition several times, features pieces by collector Frederico Telho and curated by visual artist Betty Bettiol. " Our space pays homage to the great masters who make us so proud with their works appreciated all over the world," reveals Helio Albuquerque.
