There is less than a week to go until the inauguration of
CASA COR Rio de Janeiro 2015 and the eight semi-detached houses of Villa Aymoré are already taking on the look of the event. While the spaces receive finishing touches and final details from architects, decorators and landscapers, check out the 3D images of five projects that will be on display.
At the
Collectors' Studio , art is the highlight. It was designed for a couple of art dealers and brings together several works of art. In addition, the metal ladder has a dual function, being used as a sophisticated bookcase with a contemporary look to house the couple's library.
At
Sobrado Studio ro+ca , the professional duo Carlos Carvalho and Rodrigo Beze followed their super contemporary instinct, applying the industrial style to the space. What they saved on the finishing, they invested in designer furniture.
The
Solar Room has a cheerful color palette, with touches of yellow, orange and pink and a neutral base with contemporary furniture. The space was designed for a carioca who collects vintage objects and lives in a preserved house in Rio de Janeiro.
Another space that tries to bring together the old and the new, the
Restaurador Studio, pays homage to antique dealer Arnaldo Danemberg and brings together more than 100 old pieces. But it is punctuated by contemporary furniture and objects such as the Dear Ingo lamp by Ron Gilad.
