[galeria-abril id='26513' type='slider'] Avenida Afonso Pena, between Paraíba and Espírito Santo streets, is the new address for CASACOR Mato Grosso do Sul in 2016. The chosen mansion belongs to Mrs. Isolina Dibo, one of the most famous residential icons in the city, with an iconic facade. The property has a story of life, family and the architect Rubens Gil de Camillo himself. The house was a very expensive and bold project for the time, but he convinced us and we were happy with the result”, says the owner. Architect Rubens Gil de Camillo (1934-2000) is known for his modernist projects that emphasize exposed concrete and tempered glass. The house has 1,800 m² of built area on a 2,000 m² plot of land. Trends - In the exhibition, some trends are quite evident, such as the valorization of the original exposed concrete of the house, the striking presence of wood with a light stroke, the shades of green in paintings and coverings - but mainly in the plants and landscaping that refresh the spaces. The 1950s to 1970s are in the spotlight, but they contrast with the classic and even brutalism. Another convergence is the modern reinterpretation of rustic elements and the praise for one of the region's most beloved habits, which is to sit on the porch and enjoy the shade to chat and pass the time. Each place, after all, has its own idea of celebrating, in a translation of CASACOR 's national theme. “In 2016, CASACOR is celebrating. It is celebrating the brand's 30th anniversary. And here in Mato Grosso do Sul we are in a wonderful, modern and stimulating, in addition to being very well located and the ideal size for professionals to showcase their talent”, celebrates the executive director of CASACOR Mato Grosso do Sul , Tatiana Ratier.
