With a vintage atmosphere and maximalist look, there is no one who will not be impressed by the project designed by the architect, who is new to CASACOR São Paulo, Rodolpho Schier.

The space opts for a retro style while also following modern techniques, such as the open plan, which brought even more spaciousness to the 70 m² space.

The architect brought together multicultural stories and inspirations – such as Italian mansions and Lorenzo Mongiardino 's interior design projects – to add more emotion to the décor.

“The environment is a manifesto against rational functionality , which leaves spaces looking like a showroom ,” he says.

Named Casa Terroir , the architect brought a unique and meticulous marquetry aspect to the kitchen countertops , and all the elements seem handpicked to create a maximalist and harmonious look at the same time.
