Large tree was incorporated into the décor of the MAYU Restaurant, at CASACOR CE

Characteristic elements of contemporary Brazilian architecture , such as cobogós, concrete and natural light, bring a familiarity and an elegant air to the MAYU Restaurant , a project designed by the duo Neide Barbosa and Denise Bessa for CASACOR Ceará 2023 . At the same time, the project exalts the culture of Ceará , incorporating materials such as clay , straw and wood into the decoration. The highlight here is perhaps the pre-existing tree located in the center of the room, which was organically incorporated into the décor and created the opportunity for a skylight to further illuminate the space. The indoor and outdoor spaces are connected by a balcony , where guests can also sit and enjoy the outdoors . Inside, straw, artwork and indirect lighting enhance the décor choices.

The aim of the project was to create an environment that promotes well-being , connecting with nature and cultural roots and providing moments of relaxation and joy .
