Arthur Guimarães - Comandante Rolim Amaro Lounge. In the environment that marks the entrance to the exhibition, the architect proposes a first-class lounge for visitors to “feel at home”. “After a period of isolation, I wanted to bring aviation as a symbol of our mobility”, he says. With a living and dining room, air-conditioned wine cellar and sinks, the 110 m² space features contemporary furniture, works of art, photographs and a carpet made from waste from the textile industry. A highlight is the washbasins, designed by Arthur Guimarães for the space, and are made of Italian marble, in a vivid and intense burgundy color.

The composition of tables, in their varied dimensions, brings a highlight in the midst of an environment in which a more sober color palette predominates. In a movement of continuity, the careful composition of works by Daniel Müllen relates to the classic Monopod armchairs , by Jasper Morrison . The Dobra table by Rodrigo Ohtake , with its unique lightness, contrasts with the black bouclé sofa designed by Simone Coste . Next to it, the table by Patrícia Urquiola brings color and geometry, through its unique graphics.

Walking through the living room, the visitor is overcome by different sensations. Rafael Kamada 's diptych stands out as a fundamental focal point of the composition. Through his brushstrokes, the artist brings to the observer the perception of fluidity of movement and makes reference to (and reverence for) Japanese calligraphy. Contrasting with the rest of the space, the long, light-colored sofa provides a comfortable welcome. The side table, designed by Oki Sato , brings an irreverent lightness to the project.

The Cité armchair , designed by Jean Prouvé in the 1930s, forms a harmonious composition with the table by Giorgio Bonaguro . The rug that outlines the composition, designed by the architect, is produced sustainably, using waste from the manufacturing industry . Featured in the formal composition of the space, the installation of fabrics that makes reference to the first airplanes produced, demonstrates through projections mapped in real time, the sky that permeates the building in which the exhibition is held.
