Loft Fênix for
CASACOR Ribeirão Preto 2023.
The space has a
neutral and timeless palette that appeals to different tastes and is able to offer residents everything that is essential, even in a space with reduced footage.

As soon as you enter the space, the central
wooden panel with watercolor art representing a phoenix in its cycles, by
artist Edna Carla Stradioto , welcomes you and conveys the soul of the project.
The loft is based on practicality and offering quick solutions for a
young, single and modern woman who doesn't give up elegance and simplicity.
