Located in Quadra 500, one of Brasília’s most coveted high-end addresses, the Apartment Belezia arises from the harmony between elegance and functionality. With 240 m² and four suites, the project was developed by the studio Flávia Nasr Arquitetura – part of the CASACOR Brasília roster – to translate the contemporary lifestyle of a young Brasília family with two small daughters. The project’s name carries deep personal symbolism, derived from the family’s surname — Belezia — which, of Latin origin (bella), inspired a concept in which beauty, harmony, and authenticity are reflected in every detail of the architecture and the atmosphere.

The intervention started from the original shell delivered by the developer, focusing on excellent finishes, bespoke millwork, and a meticulous furniture curation to enhance the unobstructed view of the Eixo Monumental. The selection of pieces reinforces the project’s Brazilian identity, with names such as Sergio Rodrigues, Jader Almeida, Marcelo Alvarenga, and Susana Bastos composing a timeless narrative.

Itapuã MDF millwork by Duratex runs through the space with visual unity, warming the neutral palette and serving as a base for the island sofa — the centerpiece of the living that invites togetherness and contemplation of the natural landscape framed by the windows.

The integration of the projects is organic and sensorial. In the living, the bar and the piano take on emotional roles, merging music and architecture in a fluid, lively setting. This visual continuity is reinforced by the use of green, a recurring hue that connects the social area to the kitchen and the private area.

In the kitchen, the trio of green, wood, and white tiles creates a light composition, while the black countertop brings the necessary dose of sophistication. The powder room follows this personality, using a deep green and botanical wallpaper to create an intimate refuge, balanced by dark marble.

In the private wing, the project’s purpose turns to play and rest. The playroom encourages autonomy, while the girls’ bedroom, inspired by the rainbow, combines colorful wallpapers and a velvet headboard in a delicate atmosphere.

The primary suite was designed as a serene retreat, with the bed strategically positioned to face the Eixo Monumental view, wrapped in neutral tones and caramel leather details. For the resident, the home office was transformed into a personal motorsport gallery, where dark millwork and burnished concrete house his collection of miniature models.
