Beyond the aesthetics of the 70 projects, CASACOR São Paulo 2026 is committed to ensuring that the areas it occupies in Parque da Água Branca are accessible to all audiences. To achieve this, the event adopts inclusive solutions throughout the route to ensure that people with hearing, visual, and/or motor disabilities can enjoy the full experience with freedom, autonomy, and dignity.

Regarding mobility, the 39th edition of the event has installed elevators and platforms by the brand Montele, a national reference in the field since 1982, in seven of the projects. Installed at strategic points, these resources ensure access to all floors and mezzanines without interfering with the architectural proposals. The result is projects that demonstrate how accessibility can be integrated into design in a natural and functional way.

Nota em Linhas, by Rafaella Manso Arquitetura

Inspired by music, the 74 m² project uses shapes, lines and proportions to create a visual narrative that starts from a 1951 piano that belonged to the architect's grandmother. Rafaella Manso's project also preserves original elements of the property, such as the granite floor and plaster moldings. To ensure access to the upper floor, in addition to the staircase, the space features a Montele elevator.

Designed by Francisco Calio, the 62 m² lounge explores contrasts between light and shadow, in addition to highlighting signature pieces of furniture and lighting. The composition includes a reading space, scenic staircase, and accessibility features that are integrated into the aesthetic proposal.

Ilha da Alma, by OHMA

Ohma - Ilha da Alma. Entre a mente que pensa e o coração que sente, existe um terceiro lugar: a alma. E ela não é algo rígido, mas, sim, mistura e movimento. Esse foi o fundamento que os arquitetos Nicholas Oher e Paloma Bresolin adotaram nesta ilha de conforto de 40 m². Tons claros e terrosos induzem a calma, enquanto os azuis estimulam o pensamento, a memória e o que não se vê. Há uma intenção na fluidez das formas, que guiam o olhar e o corpo pelo ambiente, passando pelo desenho orgânico da marcenaria, da lareira, das cortinas e, sobretudo, pelo design do mobiliário e pela curadoria de objetos e obras de arte. Nicholas Oher and Paloma Bresolin, of OHMA, created a 40 m² comfort island guided by the idea of fluidity between mind, heart, and soul. Earthy tones, shades of blue and organic shapes appear in the woodwork, furniture, and selection of objects. The project also has elevator access, allowing the route to be taken in a more inclusive way.

Galeria Elo, by Panapaná Estúdio

Signed by Isadora Araujo, the 86 sq m gallery was conceived as a space for socializing and pause along the exhibition route. Copper and bronze tones, indirect lighting and finishes resembling natural stone help create a welcoming atmosphere, while the furniture and tapestries reference Brazilian modernism. In addition to the commercial areas, the project houses restrooms and baby-changing rooms, enhancing the comfort of all visitors.

Raiz Restaurant, by Marta Martins

With 220 sq m, Marta Martins' restaurant proposes an experience tied to sharing and connection with nature. The palette combines earthy tones, wood, green and wine, while works by guest artists help shape the identity of the space. The accessibility equipment installed in the project shows that it is possible to serve all audiences without giving up elegance.

The Poetics of Rhythm, by Isabella Nalon Arquitetura e Interiores

Music, literature and sensory materials guide the proposal of this island of comfort developed by Isabella Nalon across 45 sq m. With direct access via the elevator, the route leads the visitor through a music room and a library, creating different moments of introspection.

House of Brazilian Woodworking, by João Panaggio

With 250 sq m, João Panaggio's project brings together pieces from different generations of Brazilian design in a curation that traces the history of Brazilian woodworking. The architecture highlights elements such as the suspended walkway, the helical staircase and the large vertical display stands. So that all visitors can fully tour the space, the project features a Montele platform.

Accessibility at CASACOR São Paulo

It is worth remembering that, during CASACOR São Paulo 2025, the event received the Accessibility Seal for the third consecutive year. The certification was granted by the Permanent Accessibility Commission (CPA) after evaluating the ramps, motorized carts, elevators, tactile maps and audio description resources present at the exhibition.
