Roberto Riscala - Imaginary Nature. In the uncovered area of the 77 m² garden, the very tall pots act as the skyline of metropolises, which ideally would be erected alongside the green. "Why is the idea of progress aligned with building and not with planting? How will contemporary society, overwhelmed by technologies, live in harmony with projects? The dreams sown here stem from the impulse to unite the natural and art in the emergence of a sustainable collectivity," instigates the professional, a veteran with over 25 participations in CASACOR. His intervention extends along the front staircase of the building, currently closed, and includes works by Bia Doria and canvases by Gogó and Pimpa Alcantara.

The CASACOR SP is the largest exhibition of architecture, landscaping, and interior design in the Americas. What many people do not know is that the event held in São Paulo, from May 27 to August 3, has more than 30% of the projects open to public visitation – that is, with free access!

Of the 73 spaces available for visitation, 23 are part of the so-called “free circuit”. Among them are gardens, sculptures, restaurants, cafes, and even a complete tiny house. To access it, just make a prior registration at the box office.

Highlights of the free circuit of CASACOR SP 2025

One of the 23 projects that make up the free circuit of CASACOR SP is the box office itself, designed by architect Gleuse Ferreira. More than just a simple booth for the sale and reservation of tickets, the 89 m2 space houses reception, a living room, and a library. The inspiration came from the landscapes of the northeastern hinterland.

Non-paying public also has access to the landscaping by Paula Varga, called Garden of the Mirror of Dreams. The architect offers furniture sculpted from solid wood under the shade of a giant Brazilwood tree. The reclaimed stained glass reflects the scenery of Parque da Água Branca, paying tribute to the nature that circulates through the exhibition.

The first functional bathroom of CASACOR SP 2025 was designed by architect Luciana Moreno and is open to everyone. A well-being specialist, she converted the 53 m2 space into a warm self-care station – with author furniture, handcrafted objects, and accessible cabins.

Vitor Kodama, from Kawai Landscaping, brought to life a 161 m2 project that reflects the spontaneous beauty of nature. It's worth passing by the free circuit to check out the landscaping and the installation Agglomerations, by the Curitiba artist Bruna Mayer – composed of living microorganisms collected from the park!

Finally, the Paulistana House by João Panaggio is yet another project open to visitation. It is the largest constructed space of CASACOR SP 2025, with 170 m2. The project by the Carioca architect is rich in Brazilian essence, with a strong presence of national furniture, natural stones, and native species in landscaping.

Restaurants, bars, and shops

The commercial establishments of CASACOR SP 2025 can also be enjoyed by the general public upon reservation. They include restaurants, bars, and shops – all designed by members of the cast of the exhibition. In this case, it is necessary to access the CASACOR app to select the day and time of the visit.
Daniela Andrade - Coffee with Time. Project of CASACOR São Paulo 2025.

Lectures open to the public

Finally, those interested can also attend free lectures within CASACOR SP. They take place on different days and times throughout the entire duration of the event. The discussed topics range from architecture, design, and urbanism to botany and sustainable futures, featuring names like Marko Brajovic and Jorge Forager.
