Com diferentes propostas, esses livings da CASACOR SC | Florianópolis traduzem novas formas de habitar que aliam sensibilidade e técnica (CASACOR/CASACOR)

The CASACOR Santa Catarina 2025 | Florianópolis presents a collection of eight authorial livings that translate contemporary living. Each project interprets the theme of this edition, Sowing Dreams, from different perspectives: nature, introspection, coexistence, memory, fluidity, and innovation.

Adriana Piva - Misty Refuge Deca.

(Lio Simas/CASACOR)

More than just living areas with kitchens, these livings function as laboratories of experience. They are spaces that propose new ways to inhabit, feel, and relate to time and home. Each of the projects translates, with sensitivity and technique, the trends of Brazilian design.

Roots and Wheels – Jeane Silva

Inspired by nordic mythology and the masculine universe, the project Roots and Wheels, signed by designer Jeane Silva, reinvents the concept of garage, transforming it into a contemporary refuge of coexistence and contemplation. With 86 m2 and a striking volumetry, the project integrates automotive and architecture in a composition of strength, technology, and sophistication.

Raw materialss, such as stone, wood, and iron, coexist with an integrated gourmet kitchen and cutting-edge lighting, in an elegant and functional aesthetic. In her third participation in CASACOR, Jeane translates the spirit of the garage as the new living of the house, a space for celebration and belonging, where design is driven by emotion and purpose.

Prenda Minha - Sabrina Barros

Architect Sabrina Barros presents the project Prenda Minha – Living and Kitchen, a tribute to the ancestral and emotional bond between a woman and her horse. The project arises from the desire to reveal how this bond can transform into a narrative about autonomy, strength, and feminine sensitivity, translated into architecture and design.

In her second participation in the exhibition, Sabrina presents a 49 m2 space where the colors blue and white and the wood finishes predominate. The concept of the space is based on the figure of the contemporary woman who intensely lives her connection with nature and finds in the horse not only a riding partner, but a journey companion, work tool and symbol of freedom.

Natural Breath – Luma de Araújo

In her debut at CASACOR SC, architect Luma de Araújo proposes in Natural Breath a sensory refuge of 31 m2, where time slows down and the essential gains prominence. Organic shapes, Brazilian stones, reclaimed wood, and natural fabrics compose a scenario that celebrates the beauty of contrasts — between the rustic and the delicate, the ancestral and the contemporary.

The atmosphere invites pause and contemplation, reinforcing the trend of affective and sustainable living. The touch of blue symbolizes the water and the breath of nature. Each material is treated as a seed: it carries memory, emotion, and permanence.

Between Tones and Textures – Leonardo Simões

With pure lines, total integration, and minimalist elegance, architect Leonardo Simões presents a living that celebrates coexistence and harmony between living, dining, kitchen, and balcony. The 32 m2 space bets on natural tones, scenographic lighting, and materials such as dark wood, green stone, and eco-ripped ceiling, creating subtle contrasts between light and dark.

Complete automation (in curtains, sound, video, and light) combines technology and comfort, while the branded furniture and works of Brazilian design reinforce contemporary sophistication. The result is a project that invites living fluidly, in an elegant and functional aesthetic, where every detail sows encounters.

Between Times by Madeireira Catarinense – Flávia Koloske and Tainá Pravato

Making their debut, architects Flávia Koloske and Tainá Pravato present one of the most poetic livings of the edition. With 86 m2, the project reflects on the duality between dream and reality, creating an introspective and sensory atmosphere.

Curved natural wood panels embrace the visitor, while the soft lighting and use of natural materials, rocks and vegetation stimulate contemplation. The sculptural table in stone and wood trunk, custom made, is the central piece of the project that unites art, Brazilian design, and emotional well-being.

Mineral House by Durasein – ma.i.s studio

The duo Mariú Saboia and Irineo Albiero Filho, from ma.i.s studio, debut at the exhibition with the Mineral House, a project that exalts technology and imagination as forms of hospitality. With 52 m2, the hybrid space, between bar, lounge, and gallery, explores the use of solid mineral surface, in continuous curves, parametric modules, and organic furniture.

The authorial design combines high-precision digital processes with natural textures and vegetation, creating a fluid and dreamlike experience. More than a coexistence space, the project proposes a new aesthetic of coexistence: the house as a stage for ideas and possibilities.

Living Breath – Andressa Venturini Architecture

With 90 m2, the Living Breath, by Andressa Venturini, translates the concept of sensorial minimalism with delicacy and presence. Inspired by the lightness of the wind and the invisible movements of nature, the space proposes a breath within the contemporary house.

Soft palette in sandy and wood tones, natural stones, and organic textures create a project that whispers comfort and serenity. Among the highlights, a bathtub sculpted in stone and panels in golden brass reveal the fusion between the organic and the urban, the simple and the sophisticated.

Refuge of Mist - Adriana Piva

The Refuge of Mist, with 84 m2, is a space where lightness and elegance meet in a welcoming and serene atmosphere. Soft tones, natural textures, and delicate forms create a true refuge for the soul, where time slows down and beauty reveals itself.

A space where the open concept prevails, making the kitchen a space for conviviality and well-being. Everything was designed so that everyone could be together. The main point explored was the ceiling, while metals, coatings, and luminaires also deserve highlighting.
