CASACOR São Paulo 2019. Casa Sumê | LG Connected Space - Gustavo Neves. Redefining the use of materials and highlighting the traditions, customs and memories of ancient peoples, Gustavo Neves brings Casa Sumè in partnership with LG, a connected space that exalts true sustainability in all its pillars: social, economic and environmental. Highlighting the ecological Straw Bale construction method, commonly used in natural constructions, which uses straw bales as a sealing element, given the renewable nature of the material.

CASACOR Santa Catarina | Florianópolis 2019. Paiaguás Gourmet Area DECA - Thayane Santana. The architect took advantage of the existing wooden structure and sought references from an extinct indigenous tribe to compose her 85 m² space. The geometric shapes and volumes arouse interest, working together with the lighting in this living room kitchen. Highlights include the stainless steel sinks, new products from DECA.

CASACOR Brasília 2019. Miguel Gustavo - Cine Gourmet - CLX. Technology is the main element of the environment, which includes a cinema room and a gourmet kitchen for meetings and light meals. The 129 m² are fully equipped with impactful lighting, which contrasts with natural textures and materials such as stone and wooden coverings. Automation allows the 5x3 meter LED screen to broadcast programming with films and television programs throughout the exhibition.

CASACOR Brasília 2019. Deborah Pinheiro - Casa Finitura. The starting point was to enhance the original features of the house designed by Oscar Niemayer. The existing concrete structure was reinterpreted with contemporary materials that reference modernism, such as the cement floor and wall coverings. Wood also covers most of the surfaces, while touches of aquamarine green add lightness to the details in the 307 m² space.

CASACOR Goiás 2019. Marcio Catão - Le Plat Kitchen. The space brings the essence of French architecture, but innovates with the use of colored boiseries only on the top of the walls. The fendi tone of the carpentry balances the composition, which also features furniture with delicate lines and a warm wooden floor.

CASACOR Paraná 2019. Gourmets Club - Carolina Rousseau and Denise Bazzo. Cooking and socializing are two pleasures combined in this 105 m² space. It integrates a gourmet area, dining room and living room. Earthy and champagne tones alternate, while copper is present in the details. Marble is the standout element, present on the walls and on the generous island. A wooden table was fitted into it, creating a perfect place for meals.

CASACOR Santa Catarina | Florianópolis 2019. Cucina La Madonnina - Mariana Maran and Daiane Melo de Campos. This cozy kitchen pays homage to the statue that has become a symbol of the city of Milan. The sophisticated atmosphere of the Lombardy region is revered in the Italian design of the lighting fixtures and the ubiquitous marble used on the floor. The Austrian hardware stands out, given a noble touch by the gold finish.

CASACOR Paraná 2019. Gourmet Kitchen with Dining Room - Viviane Busch. Functionality is the watchword, without sacrificing boldness. Designer furniture, rose details and the sculpture by Luiz de Souza surprise in this 75 m² space. Another highlight is the golden tone of the carpentry, which matches the white of the marble and the gray of the cabinets. The space is complemented by the auxiliary sink by Deca, designed by Jader Almeida.

CASACOR Peru 2019. La Cocina de la Pesquisadora Culinaria - Claudia Weis. A woman who owns her space and time is the force that drives the project and makes the kitchen go beyond practicality, transforming it into a creative environment. The island combines several functions and the stone comes in a neutral tone, as the walls are covered in various colors. Notice how the lacquer niche delimits an interesting area, which can be used as a bench or support.

CASACOR São Paulo 2019. Estúdio Trigo - Renato Mendonça. Inspired by the figure of a young and independent chef, the space seeks to bring a feeling of welcome and comfort. In contrast to high-tech, the architect debuts by rescuing ancestral processes for the design of the 48m studio, with natural materials such as charred wood, rough gneiss stone and burnt clay on the floor.

CASACOR Espírito Santo 2019. Estúdio da Árvore Placas do Brasil - Max Mello. In these 120 m², a coworking space was created with a meeting table, workstations, casual seating, small kitchen and a balcony that opens onto the sea of Ilha do Boi. Large openings and a glass roof ensure a visual connection with nature. The beautiful chestnut tree has not only been maintained but provides shade and functions as an important axis, with a sofa at its feet.

CASACOR Ceará 2019. Dona Benta Kitchen - Vinícius Ferreira. Dona Benta Kitchen is inspired by the rescue of natural elements, reinterpreting traditional kitchen countertops with integrated spaces. Harmony is essential for receiving guests. The darker, earthy tones, unified with metal structures, made the space modern and bold, going beyond functionality. The details refer to the past, to emotions experienced through the senses. In the olfactory identity of the environment, vanilla awakens memories of grandma's cake. Regionalism is felt in the texture of the clay pots and in the lamps made with raw materials from Ceará, which highlight the strong personality of the local culture.

CASACOR São Paulo 2019. Casa Grão by Starbucks at Home - Très Arquitetura. Signing, for the first time, the project of a complete residence in the show, Fernanda Tegacini, Fernanda Morais and Nathalia Mouco, partners at Très Arquitetura, were guided by the concept of the grain, which is defined not only by the birth of coffee, but by the principle of abundant lives, to develop the 100m2 space. Based on the premises of a generation that seeks a more detached, altruistic and humanized life, the architects were also inspired by the lines of Mies Van Der Rohe's pavilion in Barcelona, and created a space in the shape of a glass box, which includes a living room, dining room with a small kitchen, terrace and a master suite.

CASACOR Ceará 2019. Original Cuisine - Ana Virginia Furlani. The environment is a rescue of all the kitchens that the architect carries in her memory, with elements that reference these memories. Terracotta, the color of clay, is adopted on the floor, walls and ceiling, both in the tiles and in the texture. The lighting is indirect, cozy. The kitchen furniture is on display, allowing the chef to see everything that is arranged on the shelves and shelves. In the loose furniture, there are few but striking pieces. The more than 6 meter long table invites visitors to sit and share the experience with others. The single block of huge sofas creates a living kitchen feel. In the decoration, lemon trees, orange trees, pomegranate trees, peppers and peppers, combined with recipe books.

CASACOR Brasília 2019. Walléria Teixeira - DECA Kitchen. Divided into a gourmet space and a living room, the 100 m² space reflects a modern and minimalist-inspired language. Through the essentials, it promotes physical and emotional interaction with the public. Gray extends from the wooden floor to the walls, forming the light and welcoming base of the space, along with other textures, such as linen and leather. In the foreground, the Mush pendant is by designer Jader Almeida.

CASACOR Ribeirão Preto 2019. Luana Milani and Ricardo Pagnano - Cozinha de Todos. Bamboo ceiling and copper pieces coexist and add to the sensations of comfort and sophistication - two essential concepts of the project. Note that copper appears in the chandelier, in the strips that outline the countertop and in the hood with an exclusive design. The contrast comes from the Dekton, in the color Entzo Natural, applied to the sink, countertop and front of the drawers.

CASACOR Paraná 2019. DECA Kitchen - Yara Mendes. The space does not choose between technology and human contact. It celebrates both, in 53 m² transformed into a meeting point for friends and family. The space brings the color of nature inside: the green of the leaves, the gray of the stones, and the brown of the wood that unites the wall and the ceiling, like an embrace. The carpet and the island in polished white Silestone delimit the preparation and living areas.

The contemporary industrial concept guides the clean design of the project, which allows for details such as the wooden shelving unit to complement the fixed modules. Colorful china and state-of-the-art appliances are intentionally transformed into standout pieces, in front of the carpentry and MDF panels.

CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2019. Deise Maturana - Gourmet Kitchen. The chef is the star of this kitchen designed to host gastronomic events. Everything he needs to work and live is around him: a collection of memories, utensils, flavors, smells, music. The furniture includes open shelves, cabinets, a wine cellar and plenty of countertops. In the background, a more intimate space with a patio for small meals. Elements in black metalwork, combined with glass and stone, symbolize Porto in transformation, giving the space an industrial and contemporary identity.

CASACOR Espírito Santo 2019. Kitchen - Thainá Castro and Rhamires Recla. The references are Italian in these 25 m², which house colors and objects that refer to the cuisine and classic fashion colors of the European country, such as black and gold. Marble appears on the floor and kitchen countertop. The clean and modern joinery ensures the perfect balance of the mix of inspirations. Highlight for the winery with more than 50 labels, with a tensioned canvas that illuminates it.

CASACOR Espírito Santo 2019. Deca Kitchen - Sergio Paulo Rabello. Attached to the Casa Urbana is the show's functional gourmet kitchen. The space mixes the grandeur of steel with the delicate beauty of translucent quartzite, in large slabs on the walls. In fact, the structure that forms the walls, floor and roof uses steel beams and pillars from a local company, which produces the raw material in a completely sustainable way. Modulated, the space can be transported anywhere.

CASACOR Minas Gerais 2019. Felipe Soares - Leroy Merlin Kitchen. The elements of traditional Minas Gerais cuisine are all there: the wood stove, the open cabinets, the rustic brick, the fruits and vegetables on display. The clean layout is what sets it apart, with a T-shaped central island, which houses the wood stove, the bowl and the table, with epoxy coated in red resin. The works of art subtly reference the state, as in the works of Mabe Bethônico and Flávia Bertinato.

CASACOR Goiás 2019. Studio com Alma – Andressa Lima and Larissa Maffra. Simple and unpretentious, the 45 m² space has a free layout with no restrictions on the distribution of furniture. This allows for constant circulation and interaction. The neutral tones were used in a contemporary way, as were the rustic materials, such as wood and straw. These are, in fact, the materials used in the sliding panels that partially close off the kitchen. The ceramic pieces are by Luciana Cravo, a Goiana native who lives in Portugal.

CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2019. Jean de Just - Beyond the Kitchen. Living, kitchen and laundry integrate social and service areas. Functional, the space reserves space for the vegetable garden and for bathing, toys and pet accessories. In the center, the island organizes circulation and is the highlighted element amidst the composition of warm colors, such as mustard on the walls and oak veneers. Green and navy blue are in the details, such as the artistic painting on the ceiling.

CASACOR Minas Gerais 2019. Janaina Pacheco and Maurício Bonfim - Casa dos Eucaliptos. The proposal here is to simplify. From the metallic structure construction system, which allows for cleaner work, to the option of closing in glass panels. They value natural light, ventilation and the small eucalyptus forest that surrounds the house. With the neutral color palette that highlights white, the project gains even more luminosity. A highlight is the natural stone table, which brings the kitchen closer to the living room.

It seeks to serve as a stage for the user's different moments, in which practicality and agility are necessary. But it can also be a place for interaction and pleasure, that is, a good chat while tasting a good wine.

CASACOR Ribeirão Preto 2019. Simone Pedreschi - Loft Essência Feminina. Supported by four sturdy pillars, the 60 m² space features an open and integrated floor plan. The furniture is solid and delicate, such as the side tables and the armchair in a dry rose tone. The copper and gold details do not go unnoticed, as does the sensory appeal of the linen and crochet.

CASACOR Santa Catarina | Florianópolis. Loft Duo - Cris Passing and Giovane Marangoni. The duo worked on the concept of sustainable definitions and choices for life, work and living related to the future. The project is already guided by a timeless line, with pieces that will be reused and neutral tones. Different textures of reforested wood, stones and fabrics bring unity and warmth, complemented by lighting that highlights the details. The kitchen is completely open, with generous countertops that house the equipment and also serve as a reception area.

CASACOR Brasília 2019. Alf Arquitetura - On/Off Loft by Criare. Proof that it is possible to design a comfortable and relaxing environment without giving up technology, the project balances concepts of connection and disconnection that are necessary in contemporary times. In the 125 m², natural elements such as wood, straw and natural stone provide a counterpoint to a video wall. Further reinforcing the naturalness, the bathroom has an integrated garden and a water feature.

CASACOR Ribeirão Preto 2019. Cacau Ribeiro - Essential Loft. For architect Camila Ribeiro Cury, being with family is essential. That's why she designed this comfortable and meaningful living area. The frames form shelves and bring both natural light and the garden into the interior. The lamp is by Ingo Maurer, the armchair was designed by Sergio Rodrigues and the coffee table is by Rodrigo Ohtake.

CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul 2019. Linear House - Renato Ferrari. Linearity was the solution found to organize all the spaces in a house measuring 3 meters wide by 18 meters long, totaling 56 m². To break the pattern, the kitchen was placed between the dining room and the living room, establishing itself as the heart of the house. To further optimize the area, the lighting was distributed in gaps in the walls, as an additional geometric element. The flooring was made of reforested Tauari.

CASACOR Brasília 2019. Studio Arch + by Renata Vieira, Juliana Velloso and Laísa Figueiredo - PS Lounge. With references to minimalist architecture, the 120 m² space is defined by pure and straight shapes. Some pieces of furniture break the austerity of the lines and the lean color palette, such as the organically shaped sofas and the fun Peacock armchair in blue, designed by Dror Benshetrit for Cappellini. The original wooden floorboards were restored on site.

CASACOR Brasília 2019. Helaine Caloête - Loft Essência. Measuring 120m², the space is entirely focused on integrating with the garden. On the longest wall, Lucerna stone, brought from Rio de Janeiro, prolongs contact with nature, with the texture accentuated by the lighting. The other surfaces have other stone finishes, and the ceiling is covered in wood. The space dispenses with partitions and reveals a preference for looser structures, such as the curved lacquered slatted wall that makes the room more private.

CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2019. Toca Arquitetura - Estúdio Elã. There are many references to Ney Matogrosso in the space created in his honor. Some are very subtle, such as the feeling of freedom in the integration between bedroom, living room and kitchen. The reddish terracotta tone is affectionate, sensual and at the same time represents the strong connection with nature. The kitchen is unpretentious, with open shelves, hanging objects and a large central island.

CASACOR Goiás 2019. Respiro – Espaço OGGI - Eduardo and Karla Bittar. The large hall opens up inviting a living space with the dining, living and gourmet kitchen rooms, which share 125 m². All walls have a clean look and are covered in wood - except one, which resembles steel, where the wine cellar is located. A garden in the center separates the spaces and brings some of the greenery of the park's trees outside into the space. The versatile sofa suits various environments.

CASACOR Brasília 2019. Guel Arquitetos - Gabbro Loft. Raw materials find a lighter interpretation in this loft, arranged within hollow metal structures. This technique, in addition to having a low construction cost, has little environmental impact. The 90 m² of the space was designed in a minimalist way and with contemporary furniture. Only a few pieces stand out, such as the gabion wall, which divides the spaces and gives the setting an unusual permeability.

CASACOR Brasília 2019. Silvana Albuquerque and Luisa Albuquerque - Pied-à-Terre. The French expression means “down to earth” and refers to a small apartment or a temporary second home. The important thing is to be cozy, like in this 108 m² space. There are practically no walls or pillars, but openings for light and elements that create connection. One of them is the rustic stone panel that visually unites the living room, bedroom and bathroom. The living room has a sloping ceiling with acoustic lining made of reforested wood. The furniture includes classic pieces by national and international designers, such as Ricardo Fasanello and Jorge Zalszupin.

CASACOR Santa Catarina | Florianópolis 2019. Purple Bowl - Guilherme Garcia. The atmosphere is original and unexpected, when you think of an açaí restaurant, and creates a space where the customer feels like they are in their home kitchen. The project grows around the island in granite - a material that uses waste from marble factories. The ceiling height was lowered with the wooden structure, which softens the lighting and creates a more welcoming scale. The idea was to bring light and recyclable materials, which align with the trend and need for sustainability in architecture.

CASACOR São Paulo. Casa Dendê Duratex - Nildo José. The 115m² space offers fluid and minimalist environments, including a living room, kitchen with dining room, patio and master suite, avoiding ready-made formulas and the stereotype of a colorful Bahia. However, it expresses in every detail the architect's special connection with his homeland in a sober way, rich in art, style and poetry. Seeking to convey an elegant and at the same time rustic essence, the professional opted for a clean architecture, abundant in straight lines, with specific curves that make an analogy to the Bahian Recôncavo.

Technology is present in the automation, with gas burners directly on the countertop, induction chargers for smartphones and linear air conditioning on the ceiling. The contrast comes from the strength of natural materials, such as rock on the walls, zinc-titanium sunshades and wooden flooring. Highlights include the cabinets that, when closed, transform into a large decorative panel.

CASACOR Minas Gerais 2019. Ana Bahia and Sarah James – Marble Lab. The project goes beyond the concept of a kitchen to provide a complete, sensorial and spatial experience. The inviting main façade houses armchairs and tables made of sheet metal and marble. The space can be used for a variety of purposes, such as cooking classes, dinners and even lectures. Built in a steel frame, the laboratory can be easily transported to other sites.

CASACOR São Paulo 2019. Casa Berilo Leroy Merlin - Studio ro+ca. The name was chosen after the stone Beryl, which symbolizes creativity and new beginnings. In addition, it is a mineral that has many derivatives, among them, the most precious: emerald. The inspiration went further, with the green that bears the name of intense emerald as the predominant color in the space, showing that it is possible to create a cool and sophisticated environment with common materials from a home center.

CASACOR Brasília 2019. Cybele Barbosa + Arquitetos Associados - Casa Dell Anno. The dynamic of welcoming inspires the spacious 110 m², facilitated by the integration between the environments. A pebble panel stands out, stones normally used on the floor, but which surprise when placed on the wall. Lacquer, wood and porcelain are the predominant materials, also present in the recycled elements from the previous year, and which, due to the finish and their easy-to-remove assembly modules, can be reused after the show.

CASACOR São Paulo 2019. Cosentino Container House - Marilia Pellegrini. In her sustainable project focused on reusing materials, two containers were joined together to create a 60m² house, which features an integrated living room, kitchen and laundry room, as well as a suite with an incredibly comfortable bathroom. The rooms are decorated in shades of white, with a minimalist feel and pieces by great designers, such as Oki Sato, which bring surprising sophistication to the space. The container house also has a 100m² outdoor area with White Lava Granite flooring, a self-irrigating hydroponic garden and an unmistakable bamboo garden.
