Architect Paula Müller debuts at CASACOR Rio 2023 signing the TU VENS master suite, measuring 30 m², located on the second floor of the main house of the boutique hotel .
“My idea was to design a cozy room where the guest also feels embraced and connected with themselves,” explains the professional. “You know that hotel room you dream of having at home , without ever having to check out ?” she jokes.

To ensure a feeling of welcome and comfort , Paula says that she “dressed” the room with natural wood, present in the original Ipê floor, in the furniture and in the L-shaped carpentry designed by her – on one side, a panel was created that functions as the headboard of the bed , with indirect lighting from behind; on the other, the same panel incorporates the existing closet , mimicking its doors and leaving four niches visible on the upper part, which function as a shelf.

The bedroom walls were textured in the color Seda Damasco , by Coral , while the ceiling remained white to better reflect natural light during the day and create more intimate scenes at night, through points of indirect light.
Following the color palette , the neutral bed linen won terracotta-toned linen bedspread, while the light rug (overlapping the reddish-toned rug) connected to the finish of the side tables, in off white lacquer, to create a more welcoming atmosphere, a feeling reinforced by the raw linen curtains, which frame the view of Christ the Redeemer.
Right next door, the dining corner, consisting of a table with a round travertine marble top and Arraia chairs, designed by Lattoog, invites you to enjoy a delicious breakfast .
Another highlight in the decoration is the furniture old, close to the door, which created an interesting contrast to the contemporary furniture that dominates the space and, at the same time, connects with the identity of the house itself , which is listed.

Among the works of art, it is worth highlighting the painting embroidered with colored beads by Atelier Mucki , by the visual artist Mucki Skowronsky (fixed above the headboard of the bed), the painting from the Diário Íntimo series, by photographer and artist Ana Quintella (positioned near the dining table) and the composition of small paintings from the Casas series, by artist Daniela Granja (next to the bathroom counter).
