Jardín Oasis Tropical , designed by
Nataly Dorado and Noelia Dorado for
CASACOR Bolivia 2021 , is full of vegetation and was designed to be a refuge from the daily routine. The rectangular volume embedded in the ground has simple lines and houses a meditation space in its interior – the four elements (air, fire, water and earth) are immersed in it.

The architectural design of the
Aldeia Bathroom – a project by
Leo Romano for
CASACOR GO 2021 – is enhanced by the acoustic panels that cover the walls and ceilings. Two “loose” boxes highlight the areas used for the bathing ritual. The light color palette enhances the design of products and announces an atmosphere of peace.

CASACOR RJ 2021 , landscaping is part of the architecture, as the house was entirely covered in glass panels – an essential element to bring greenery inside. Behind the bathtub, a beautiful garden It incorporates other natural elements, such as stone, which also covers the surface of the floors.

18. Look to the past
The décor of the
Lavatory and Gallery is modern, but with a very special look at the past. Reinterpretations of old pieces mixing styles and eras was a bet by
Estúdio Manu+Ca, by Manu Cardim + Catarina Gouvêa , for
CASACOR RJ 2021. It is the case of the muxarabi used in the bathroom, which was joined by rose gold metals (instead of the classic gold).

Além de deixar quase sem interferências detalhes arquitetônicos originais da casa, como o teto desenhado do hall e a azulejaria do banheiro, a dupla de designers ainda apostou em releituras de peças antigas brincando com estilos e épocas. Ney Lima and Walléria Teixeira for
CASACOR Brasília , evokes the comfort of home, with rustic objects, highlighting textures and materials. With natural wood mashrabiyas, the space has cross ventilation and thermal comfort and features wood cladding. 100% recyclable on walls and ceiling.

21. Around the jabuticaba tree
Architects
Beto Figueiredo and Luiz Almeida innovated in their project
for the Deca Bathroom Room at
CASACOR RJ 2021 : with long green curtains combined with classic elements, such as the marble bathroom that would have belonged to Empress Teresa Cristina. In the center, a jabuticaba tree was planted to bringing nature into the project and the water – which appears to come out of the trunk – is also reused for irrigation.
Beto Figueiredo e Luiz Eduardo Almeida – Sala de Banho Deca. Azulejaria portuguesa, banheira de mármore que teria pertencido à Imperatriz Teresa Cristina, áreas reservadas. O principal banheiro ganhou descontração com interferências contemporâneas e uma grande árvore plantada bem no centro do espaço. Circundada por uma pia desenvolvida pelos arquitetos e executada pela Deca, a jabuticabeira traz a natureza para o interior do cômodo e brinca com o ciclo da vida, já que a água – que parece sair do tronco – é também reusada para sua irrigação. Sabrina Gnipper , the
Toré Bathroom at
CASACOR SP 2021 came to life through rustic, natural and indigenous elements: straw, fibers, stones and the color green help to create a sense of spaciousness. The natural fiber lamps and plants hanging from domes made of African wood make an allusion to diversity.

Para sua primeira participação na CASACOR, a arquiteta trouxe elementos que fazem alusão à ancestralidade e à cultura brasileira, através de artefatos indígenas e do artesanato regional. Se destacam o banco tamanduá feito por índios do Xingu e as luminárias pendentes de diversos modelos confeccionadas em fibras naturais. Os tons terrosos e o pergolado amadeirado rememoram a cultura do barro, das casas feitas de taipa e das paredes de pau a pique. Organic Lavatory is 14 m² and has no edges or straight lines. Inspired by cave architecture, the arch is reminiscent of the interior of a cave and the illuminated screen represents the exit. The poorly finished walls and the composition of stone patches on the floor help to create the sensation of being inside a cave.
Paola Vasconcelos Albernaz e Lorrane Vasconcelos Albernaz - Lavabo Orgânico. Pensado para nos trazer à lembrança um passado histórico, este ambiente de 14 m² não possui pontas e nem retas. Inspirado na arquitetura rupestre, o arco remete ao interior de uma caverna e a tela iluminada representa a saída. As paredes mal-acabadas e a composição de retalhos de pedras no piso ajudam a compor a sensação de se estar dentro de uma gruta e a sofisticação do espaço é entregue pela luminária de piso assinada pelo designer Jader Almeida.
