The well-known region of Costa Esmeralda, home to the city of Itapema with its greenish sea, is experiencing rapid growth and attracts tourists, residents and new investments that are now part of the city's landscape. With the fastest growing square meter in the country, Itapema will host, for the second year, the largest interior design show in the Americas, CASACOR/Santa Catarina.

Through a local partnership with RDO, a family business founded in 1983 in Greater Florianópolis, the new Boulevard Royal Residence is the address of the 2024 Santa Catarina exhibition, from June 30 to August 11, with 28 spaces distributed across five floors of the building.

"Boulevard Royal Residence is the tallest project in our portfolio and encompasses very impressive numbers: 20,347.43 m2 of built area, 98 meters high, 26 floors with 92 apartments with 2 or 3 suites and a leisure area of 2,000 m2. We can call it a private club due to the 14 leisure options arranged in functional and sophisticated environments that complement the natural attractions that the city itself offers", comments Nestor Deschamps, owner and commercial director of RDO.

The new development is also part of the celebrations for RDO's 40th anniversary. The CASACOR/SC event marks the company's presence in the city; this is the second project built by the construction company in Itapema.
