This year's edition of CASACOR Pernambuco will once again be held in Bairro do Recife.

After the great success of previous editions, in which the exhibition was held at Chanteclair, CASACOR will once again occupy a historic building in the Recife Antigo region, bringing life, art, culture and movement to the place. This time, CASACOR will be in the Palazzo Itália Building, an eclectic, neoclassical-inspired building located between Alfredo Lisboa and Vigário Tenório streets, a privileged area in the tourist region of Bairro do Recife.

The present, the now is the theme of this edition, an invitation to reflect on presence, slowing down and living in the moment.

CASACOR 2024 opens on September 14 and runs until November 3, a total of 51 days of exhibition. In this edition, the exhibition will occupy the ground floor and three more floors of Palazzo Itália, as well as an adjacent building, totaling approximately 2,500m2. This means that CASACOR 2024 will be larger than previous editions. There will be 34 spaces including bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, lofts and studios and, after a few years, it will also feature spaces that make up a house, such as the master bedroom, the child's bedroom, the kitchen and the office. In addition, the exhibition will continue to operate a restaurant, bar, café, popular art gallery, interactive projection space and a lounge with free access, in addition to a space for large events, located on the top floor.
