In 2024, the exhibition will return to its origins and will be held in a beautiful mansion from the 1980s. The return to a family residence is a request from the professionals and also an emotional choice – the exhibition is once again in a house, in the heart of Batel, the place where it all began.

"The stage for the 30th anniversary needed to be very special. Our society remembers with great affection the first edition of the show, the iconic Casa Gomm, located in the space that today houses the Pátio Batel shopping mall.

We returned to the noble neighborhood that concentrates the most sought-after properties in the capital and brings together the best entertainment and sophistication of our cosmopolitan Curitiba", comments the director of CASACOR Paraná, Marina Nessi. In addition to the use of the original structure that sets the tone of a house with a homely feel, new features were added to the exhibition's masterplan, designed by architect Felipe Guerra.

New constructions were built on the site, such as four conceptual housing units, which represent the trend of compact housing. The sector is completed with the installation of two commercial stores, a bay window and a large tent to house the bar. The area of the old garage of the original house is now home to a bistro café to complete the gastronomic operation.

The cast that will design the 34 spaces of the show in 2024 includes important names in Paraná architecture and decoration, from veterans who have participated since the first editions to new talents who continue to emerge at CASACOR Paraná.
