The couple Emili and Vagner Ayoub Giglio founded CASACOR Mato Grosso in 2000. Since then, the franchise has had two host cities: Cuiabá – most editions of the event were concentrated in the state capital –, and Várzea Grande, in 2016. The show's mission was to showcase the work of architecture and interior design professionals in the region, as well as to value local folk art – always one of the protagonists of the Mato Grosso version of CASACOR.
