A pioneer in the Northeast, CASACOR Bahia is currently the largest in terms of visitor numbers outside the Rio-São Paulo axis. With 24 years of existence, the show was a pioneer in the region and revealed many of the Bahian names in architecture and interior design who later became successful outside the state – Tuesday through Sunday from 4 pm to 9 pm, mainly in the São Paulo shows. Since its trademark is innovation, CASACOR Bahia has been daring in many editions. It has been held in a warehouse (Trapiche Adelaide), in a train station (Calcada) and in Cais Porto (Comércio). In addition, many historic buildings in Salvador and its surroundings have benefited from revitalization after hosting the show, including the Mercado do Ouro and Museu du Ritmo.
