In order to acknowledge their cultural roots, the Ogata sisters dedicated the Wabi-Sabi room to their ancestors. The space proposes a reflection on the slowing down of life and the acceptance of the passing of time through the Japanese philosophy “Wabi-sabi”, which represents that which is beautiful and the aesthetics of the imperfect. Following the Japandi concept, the space draws attention for its delicacy and elegance. Highlights include the decorative objects created by world-renowned ceramist Hideko Honma, a Brazilian of Japanese descent, with pieces that enchant with their incomparable subtlety and beauty, the result of a unique technique and strong inspiration from nature.
